9. The water dispenser as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the water dispenser comprises a housing, the external heating device (100) is arranged inside the housing, and the housing is opened at a notch corresponding to the heating groove (120).

14. The water dispenser as claimed in claim 12, wherein the heating groove (120) is a silica gel heating groove (120), and the silica gel heating groove (120) is connected with the tank cover (112) in an interference fit manner or in a glue sealing manner.

18. The water dispenser of claim 17, characterized in that the heating box (110) comprises a thermostat (140), the thermostat (140) being disposed outside the heating box (110), the thermostat (140) being configured to control a heating temperature of the heating member (130).
