调光节能白炽灯具属于灯具技术领域。它的技术关键是将二极管和开关并联后串联在电源开关与白炽灯泡之间。使用这种灯具可节约电能50%,同时延长灯泡的寿命。

Description

该实用新型属于白炽灯具技术领域。
目前实现调光节能的白炽灯具有多种,例如用双向可控硅组成调光电路。这种灯具由于增加的器件多,使灯具的成本提高,易出故障;另外一种是在白炽灯泡内设置多组灯丝,还需用特制灯头开关或在灯头螺口上换档调光,其结果是改变原灯炮结构,工艺复杂使用也不方便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低的调光节能白炽灯具,以克服上述灯具的不足。
该实用新型的技术关键是通过电源开关控制半导体二极管是否串入线路来调节灯炮的亮度。
当二极管串入线路中,由于它的作用使市电整流,电流只有半周通过灯炮而发光,另半周时二极管反向偏置,耗电可忽略不计,这时灯炮亮度减弱;当二极管被短路时,市电正常通过灯炮,亮度不减弱。
由于二极管调光的结果,经实验证明,使灯炮耗电只有原来的50%;同时因灯炮亮度减弱,灯丝的温度也随之降低,也可延长灯炮寿命。
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本实用新型的具体结构。
图1为本实用新型的电原理图。
图2为本实用新型的电原理的变形安装图。
如图1将电源开关K1与二极管D并联后串接在电源开关K与白炽灯炮之间。当开关K接通、开关K1断开时,电流通过二极管时,使灯炮亮度降低达到调光目的;接通K1时,电流不通过二极管,使灯炮亮度正常。
如图2也可将开关K、K1改用一个三档开关K2,K2在接点1时断路,K2在接点2时,电流通过二极管达到调光目的,K2在接点3时,电流不通过二极管,使灯炮亮度正常。
该调光节能灯具,制造工艺简单,成本低,可广泛应用于使用白炽灯的广大领域。

1、一种由电源开关K、白炽灯泡L构成的调光节能白炽灯具,其特征在于构成中还包括二极管D,它与开关K1并联后串联在电源开关与白炽灯炮之间。
