背景技术
面对当前全球“能源危机”和全球“气候变暖”等问题,新能源的发展和应用越来越受到关注。因此,新能源汽车也日益成为全球竞相发展的热门产业。电动汽车因其绿色环保，将被广泛的推广和应用。新能源充电主要分为交流慢充和直流快充两种方式。
多功能直流充电架充电过程中，大巴车车载受电弓上升，与多功能直流充电架上方铜排搭接，通讯功能连通确认后开始充电。由于大巴车停放位置为一定区域，其次车端受电弓与铜排搭接为压力检测，所以存在受电弓与铜排搭建面积大小不稳定的情况，影响电流传输。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决大巴车受电弓与多功能直流充电架铜排搭接面积大小不稳定问题，提供一种充电弓角度自动调节装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：充电弓角度自动调节装置，包括上体、下体和铜排连接装置，所述的上体和下体通过螺栓连接；所述的下体与铜排连接装置活动连接；在上体和铜排连接装置之间安装有弹簧；铜排连接装置的底部安装有铜排。
所述的上体内部设有弹簧限位。
本实用新型的充电弓角度自动调节装置，大巴车受电弓上升触碰到该装置铜排时，内部弹簧发生形变，可调整铜排在该平面方向内一定角度，使受电弓与铜排形成良好稳定的搭接面积。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，充电弓角度自动调节装置，包括上体1、下体2和铜排连接装置3，上体1和下体2通过螺栓7连接；下体2与铜排连接装置3活动连接，铜排连接装置3可在一定范围内做上下活动。在上体和铜排连接装置之间安装有弹簧5；铜排连接装置3的底部安装有铜排4。上体1内部设有弹簧限位6。
本实用新型的充电弓角度自动调节装置，位于多功能直流充电架上部位置，可采用多种材料实现，此处为考虑简易实现性及强度遂采用钢铁类材料。

1.充电弓角度自动调节装置，其特征在于：包括上体、下体和铜排连接装置，所述的上体和下体通过螺栓连接；所述的下体与铜排连接装置活动连接；在上体和铜排连接装置之间安装有弹簧；铜排连接装置的底部安装有铜排。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电弓角度自动调节装置，其特征在于：所述的上体内部设有弹簧限位。
