Abstract
一种折叠床架，包括对称设置的两单元床架，所述两单元床架在其连接处与铰接的方式相连接，所述单元床架上还设置有与该单元床架相铰接的第一支撑脚，所述第一支撑脚的收折方向与单元床架的收折方向相垂直；该折叠床架收折和展开都很简单方便，而且收折后的体积小，便于存放和搬运。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种床架，尤其是涉及一种折叠床架。
背景技术
折叠床是一种利用关节原理涉及，通过各种方式实现可以折叠收放的简易床，具有方便实用，存放方便等优点，特别适合户外休闲休息时使用。
现有的折叠床架一般是通过边撑架、连接架、边框架和中框架组成，如专利号为201420443185.9的中国专利公开了一种可折叠床架，包括边撑架、连接架、边框架和中框架，横管位于与横连杆相连接的部位均设有供横连杆的端面可拆卸卡紧于内固定的固定安装件，斜杆的下端与边立管活动铰接在一起，斜杆的上端与横管可拆卸连接，中框架与两中立管可拆卸连接，边框架与边立管可拆卸连接。该折叠床架，展开和收折都费时费力，使用时不够方便，而且折叠后的体积比较大，不便于存放和搬运。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种折叠床架，该折叠床架收折和展开都很简单方便，而且收折后的体积小，便于存放和搬运。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种折叠床架，包括对称设置的两单元床架，所述两单元床架在其连接处与铰接的方式相连接，所述单元床架上还设置有与该单元床架相铰接的第一支撑脚，所述第一支撑脚的收折方向与单元床架的收折方向相垂直。
优选的，所述单元床架包括第一床架框体和第二床架框体，所述第一床架框体与第二床架框体相铰接，所述第一支撑脚设置在第一床架框体上，该第一支撑脚与第一床架框体相铰接。
优选的，所述第一支撑脚包括第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆、连接片和弹片，所述连接片对称的设置在第一床架框体的内侧的左右两边，所述第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆分别与该连接片相铰接，所述弹片的一端与连接片相连接，另一端与支撑杆相连接，所述第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆之间还设置有连杆。
优选的，所述支撑杆上设置有凸块，所述弹片上设置有滑槽，所述凸块能够卡接到该滑槽内，并且能够在滑槽内滑动。
优选的，所述弹片上设置有凸块，所述支撑杆上设置有滑槽，所述凸块能够卡接到该滑槽内，并且能够在滑槽内滑动。
优选的，所述支撑杆收折后，该支撑杆的顶面和底面不超出第一床架框体的顶面和底面。
本实用新型中与现有技术相比的优点为：本实用新型提供的一种折叠床架，该折叠床架将床架框体分成左右对称的4部分，并且折叠后的支撑脚都收拢在床架框体内，使得折叠后的床架框体整体占用的体积小，便于存放和搬运。

具体实施方式
在下文的细节描述中，组件符号会标示在随附的图示中成为其中的一部份，并且以可实行该实施例之特定范例描述方式来表示。这类实施例会说明足够的细节俾使该领域的一般技艺人士得以具以实施。阅者须了解到本实用新型中亦可利用其他的实施例或是在不悖离所述实施例的前提下作出结构性、逻辑性、及电性上的改变。因此，下文之细节描述将不欲被视为是一种限定，反之，其中所包含的实施例将由权利要求范围来加以界定。
实施例1：
如图1-图2所示，一种折叠床架，包括左右设置的两单元床架10，所述两单元床架在其连接处与铰接的方式相连接，所述单元床架包括第一床架框体100和第二床架框体110，所述第一床架框体100与第二床架框体110相铰接，所述第一床架框体上设有第一支撑脚20，该第一支撑脚20与第一床架框体100相铰接，参考图2，第一支撑脚20能够朝前后方向上收折。
参考图1-图3，所述第一支撑脚20包括第一支撑杆支撑杆200和第二支撑杆202、连接片210和弹片220，所述连接片210对称的设置在第一床架框体100的内侧的左右两边，所述第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆分别与这两个连接片210相铰接，所述弹片220的一端与连接片210相连接，另一端与支撑杆200相连接，所述第一支撑杆200和第二支撑杆202之间还设置有连杆204。
参考图4，所述支撑杆200上设置有凸块202，所述弹片220上设置有滑槽222A，所述凸块202A能够卡接到该滑槽222A内，并且能够在滑槽22内滑动。支撑杆200展开时，凸块202A卡接到滑槽222A一端的凹槽内，使得支撑杆200、弹片220和连接片210呈三角固定，使得支撑杆不会晃动，保证该折叠床架的稳定性。
参考图5，所述弹片220上设置有凸块202B，所述支撑杆200上设置有滑槽222B，所述凸块能够卡接到该滑槽内，并且能够在滑槽内滑动。支撑杆200展开时，凸块卡接到滑槽一端的凹槽内，使得支撑杆200、弹片220和连接片210呈三角固定，使得支撑杆不会晃动，保证该折叠床架的稳定性。
参考图1-图10，所述支撑杆200收折后，该支撑杆的顶面和底面不超出第一床架框体的顶面和底面，即支撑杆200的宽度L1小于或等于第一参考边框的高度L2。
参考图1-图10，该折叠床架将床架框体分成左右对称的4个部分，并且折叠后的支撑脚都收拢在床架框体内，使得折叠后的床架框体整体占用的体积小，便于存放和搬运。
实施例2：
参考图11-图12，实施例2与实施例1的差异在于，实施例1中的折叠床架收折后具有4个床架框体，实施例2中的折叠床架收折后只有2个床架框体，实施例1收折的步骤参考图1-图10，实施例2的收折步骤只需要将第一支撑脚20收折，然后两单元床架10对折即可完成收折。

Claims (4)
1.一种折叠床架，包括对称设置的两单元床架，所述两单元床架在其连接处与铰接的方式相连接，其特征在于，所述单元床架上还设置有与该单元床架相铰接的第一支撑脚，所述第一支撑脚的收折方向与单元床架的收折方向相垂直；所述单元床架包括第一床架框体和第二床架框体，所述第一床架框体与第二床架框体相铰接，所述第一支撑脚设置在第一床架框体上，该第一支撑脚与第一床架框体相铰接；所述第一支撑脚包括第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆、连接片和弹片，所述连接片对称的设置在第一床架框体的内侧的左右两边，所述第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆分别与该连接片相铰接，所述弹片的一端与连接片相连接，另一端与支撑杆相连接，所述第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆之间还设置有连杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠床架，其特征在于，所述支撑杆上设置有凸块，所述弹片上设置有滑槽，所述凸块能够卡接到该滑槽内，并且能够在滑槽内滑动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种折叠床架，其特征在于，所述弹片上设置有凸块，所述支撑杆上设置有滑槽，所述凸块能够卡接到该滑槽内，并且能够在滑槽内滑动。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种折叠床架，其特征在于，所述支撑杆收折后，该支撑杆的顶面和底面不超出第一床架框体的顶面和底面。
