本实用新型公开了一种圣诞灯串上发光体装饰装置,包括灯罩、卡座和灯串;所述灯串包括灯头组件及灯头组件间相互连接的导线,所述灯头组件包括导线端、LED灯泡、隔离柱及热收缩套管,所述LED灯泡具有正极灯脚和负极灯脚,所述导线端通过所述导线分别导电连接所述正极灯脚和负极灯脚,二个导电连接体之间设置所述隔离柱,所述导线端、LED灯泡及隔离柱组成的整体的外部包裹所述热收缩套管;所述灯罩和所述卡座卡装连接,所述灯罩和所述卡座卡装连接后形成内孔,所述内孔与所述灯头组件配合;本装置结构简单合理,便于实现自动化大规模生产,本装置设置了灯罩,通过灯罩使得光线更加柔和,色彩、造型丰富。

Description

一种圣诞灯串上发光体装饰装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种圣诞灯串上发光体装饰装置。
背景技术
装饰灯是居家、节庆、公共场所夜景装饰等必不可少的电子装饰产品,市场规模极其庞大。
目前市场上的圣诞灯串装饰装置有二类,一类是如图2所示,为扣接拉管结构,由01-电线、02-铜扣、03-插芯、04-插管、05-LED灯泡、06-灯罩等构成。具体加工艺是:01-电线裁线→剥线(端部剥线皮暴露部分中间导体)→扣线(将02-铜扣扣到线端,利用铜材变形产生压力的紧固特点,将铜扣的一个卡片包住导线端的线皮,另一个卡片包住线端剥出的中间导体,铜扣端部的卡片伸展在线端外;)→拉线(04-插管内具有卡槽,将扣接好的导线铜卡片拉到卡槽内,组合连接)→穿泡(将05-LED灯泡的二个灯脚分别穿入03-插芯的二个小孔内,到位后,分别向外方向将灯脚折弯180°;)→插泡(将穿好的03-插芯与05-LED灯泡的组件紧配插入到拉好线的04-插管内,使得灯脚与02-铜扣的卡片紧密接触,达到传电的目的,03-插芯与04-插管的配合面紧配以防二者分离脱落;)→套帽(将06-灯罩压入到上述组合体03-插芯的配合孔内,孔内有卡环,压入后卡住06-灯罩卡口,以防脱落)。
另一类为焊接结构,即灯串先加工成如本案的LED焊接结构组件,直接将LED灯泡组件插入到灯罩内,并通过二者之间的预置胶水粘连。
上述二种方法都是传统的工艺,前者特别在针对玻璃尖泡式灯罩的情况已经形成了大众的消费习惯外形,但是工艺复杂,对于串联灯串,虽然市场上有专用设备用于生产,但设备结构复杂、价格高昂、维修困难,生产效率低,性价比低,主要还在于组织人工生产;对于并联灯串,则完全是人工生产,生产效率低下,随着国内人工成本的逐年上升,行业已经面临生存的危险。后者,主要针对非玻璃尖泡的造型挂件,对于玻璃尖泡式灯罩显然不附合人们的消费习惯,而且焊接导体部位外包装热收缩套管绝大部分外露,影响产品的美观度。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种圣诞灯串上发光体装饰装置,本装置结构简单合理,便于实现自动化大规模生产,有效降低了生产成本;灯罩外形可以根据需要设计成所需的形状,美化了装饰效果;同时也兼顾了人们消费习惯;本结构防水性能优良,生产的灯串既可户内使用又可户外使用。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种圣诞灯串上发光体装饰装置,包括灯罩、卡座和灯串;所述灯串包括灯头组件及灯头组件间相互连接的导线,所述灯头组件包括导线端、LED灯泡、隔离柱及热收缩套管,所述LED灯泡具有正极灯脚和负极灯脚,所述导线端通过所述导线分别导电连接所述正极灯脚和负极灯脚,二个导电连接体之间设置所述隔离柱,所述导线端、LED灯泡及隔离柱组成的整体的外部包裹所述热收缩套管;所述灯罩和所述卡座卡装连接,所述灯罩和所述卡座卡装连接后形成内孔,所述内孔与所述灯头组件配合,所述内孔和所述灯头组件之间填充有胶水。
优选地,所述灯罩的外圈处设置有圆弧形的卡槽,所述卡座的外侧设置有翅片,所述翅片具有配合所述卡槽的卡块。
优选地,所述灯罩为透明状。
优选地,所述灯罩为玻璃尖泡式结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本装置结构简单合理,便于实现自动化大规模生产,有效降低了生产成本;灯罩外形可以根据需要设计成所需的形状,美化了装饰效果;同时也兼顾了人们消费习惯;本结构防水性能优良,生产的灯串既可户内使用又可户外使用,本装置设置了灯罩,通过灯罩使得光线更加柔和,色彩、造型丰富,本装置的结构较为简单,成本较为低廉,适合推广使用。

参阅图1所示的一种圣诞灯串上发光体装饰装置,包括灯罩201、卡座202和灯串1;所述灯串1包括灯头组件2及灯头组件间相互连接的导线3,所述灯头组件2包括导线端211、LED灯泡212、隔离柱213及热收缩套管214,所述LED灯泡212具有正极灯脚221和负极灯脚222,所述导线端211通过所述导线3分别连接所述正极灯脚221和负极灯脚222,所述隔离柱213设置在所述正极灯脚221和所述负极灯脚222之间,所述导线端211、LED灯泡212及隔离柱213组成的整体的外部包裹所述热收缩套管214;所述灯罩201和所述卡座202卡装连接,所述灯罩201和所述卡座202卡装连接后形成内孔(未图示),所述内孔与所述灯头组件2配合,所述内孔和所述灯头组件2之间填充有胶水。
优选地,所述灯罩201的外圈处设置有圆弧形的卡槽231,所述卡座202的外侧设置有翅片241,所述翅片241具有配合所述卡槽231的卡块251。
优选地,所述灯罩201为透明状。
优选地,所述灯罩201为玻璃尖泡式结构。

1.一种圣诞灯串上发光体装饰装置,其特征在于:包括灯罩、卡座和灯串;所述灯串包括灯头组件及灯头组件间相互连接的导线,所述灯头组件包括导线端、LED灯泡、隔离柱及热收缩套管,所述LED灯泡具有正极灯脚和负极灯脚,所述导线端通过所述导线分别连接所述正极灯脚和负极灯脚,所述导线端通过所述导线分别导电连接所述正极灯脚和负极灯脚,二个导电连接体之间设置所述隔离柱;所述灯罩和所述卡座卡装连接,所述灯罩和所述卡座卡装连接后形成内孔,所述内孔与所述灯头组件配合,所述内孔和所述灯头组件之间填充有胶水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圣诞灯串上发光体装饰装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩的外圈处设置有圆弧形的卡槽,所述卡座的外侧设置有翅片,所述翅片具有配合所述卡槽的卡块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圣诞灯串上发光体装饰装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩为透明状。
