技术领域
本实用新型涉工业仪表调节装置领域,尤其涉及一种定位调节阀。
背景技术
调节阀门在许多领域都有应用,如硅化工中的多晶硅装置、煤化工中的煤粉介质、电力系统的发电站等都使用耐磨阀门,但在现代工业中,所使用的耐磨阀门,由于其使用工况不同,工艺介质不同,危险程度不同,腐蚀性不同,其技术要求也不同。
如现有调节阀V型球阀阀芯大都无轴向定位、或采用对开环结构定位导致阀芯在装配过程中不能自由的调节装配中心,或在使用过程中由于流体压力的作用导致无轴向定位的阀芯位移造成阀门内漏等问题,轻者影响环境,重者酿造安全事故。
专利号为CN102442554A ,申请日为2011-09-14,球形流量调节阀门,它包括有阀门本体,阀门本体包括有阀身和连接在阀身两端的法兰盘,其特征在于:所述的阀门本体中间开有相连通的进口和出口,进口和出口均为外部口径大,里面口径小的喇叭状,在进口和出口连接部位的中空处,设置有两头相连通的阀座,阀座内安装有V型球阀芯,V型球阀芯与阀座为硬密封连接,V型球阀芯与阀座接触的表面上开有V型的缺口,V型球阀芯上下两端分别设置有用于旋转V型球阀芯的上阀杆和下阀杆。该实用新型对气粉介质进行精确的流量控制和调节,并且具有强耐磨效果和自我清洁能力的球形流量调节阀门。但因阀体长期被阀门内的流体冲刷,流体压力的作用导致无轴向定位的阀芯发生位移,造成阀门内漏,造成不必要的损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,一种阀芯轴向定位可调节结构,它可以解决阀门在使用时阀芯发生位移时可以调整,也可以解决阀门在装配过程中阀芯轴向位置可自由调节以及很好的定位问题,且结构简单,实使用方便。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种定位调节阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆、密封圈和手轮,其特征在于:所述阀芯设置在阀体内腔,所述阀杆穿过阀体的内腔与阀芯连为一体,所述阀体底部设置有凹槽一,所述凹槽一内固定有轴承,所述轴承套入手轮,所述手轮设置有凹槽二,所述凹槽二设置有内螺纹,所述阀杆下端设置有与凹槽二内螺纹配合的外螺纹。
所述阀体的内腔还设置有螺纹压盘和阀座,所述阀座通过螺纹压盘压紧于阀体上。
所述密封圈套入阀杆设置在阀体内腔下部。
所述阀杆下端的外螺纹与凹槽二内螺纹采用相配合的梯形螺纹。
采用本实用新型的优点在于:
1、通过旋转与阀杆配合的手轮,对阀杆进行上下移动,因阀杆和阀芯连为一体,阀杆的移动及可带的阀芯,阀芯发生偏移时,只需用手旋转手轮,就能对阀芯进行调节,且结构简单,操作方便,成本较低。
2、阀体的内腔还设置有螺纹压盘和阀座,阀座通过螺纹压盘压紧于阀体上,使螺纹压盘与阀体接触更紧,关闭时密封性能更好。
3、设置密封圈对阀杆与阀体接触地方密封,防止液体泄漏。
4、采用梯形螺纹具有自动锁定功能、双向传动性好、耐磨和紧固性强。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种定位调节阀,包括阀体1、阀芯4、阀杆5、密封圈6和手轮7,所述阀芯4设置在阀体1内腔,所述阀杆5穿过阀体1的内腔与阀芯4连为一体,所述阀体1底部设置有凹槽一8,所述凹槽一8内固定有轴承10,所述轴承10套入手轮7,所述手轮7设置有凹槽二9,所述凹槽二9设置有内螺纹,所述阀杆5下端设置有与凹槽二9内螺纹配合的外螺纹。
阀杆5与阀芯4连接并与阀体1装配,手轮7与阀体1的底部通过轴承10旋转连接,当阀芯4发生上下偏移时,旋转手轮7,通过凹槽二9内螺纹与阀杆5 外螺纹的配合,调节阀杆5的上下位置,从而对阀杆5上设置的阀芯4上下调节及定位。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种定位调节阀,包括阀体1、阀芯4、阀杆5、密封圈6和手轮7,所述阀芯4设置在阀体1内腔,所述阀杆5穿过阀体1的内腔与阀芯4连为一体,所述阀体1底部设置有凹槽一8,所述凹槽一8内固定有轴承10,所述轴承10套入手轮7,所述手轮7设置有凹槽二9,所述凹槽二9设置有内螺纹,所述阀杆5下端设置有与凹槽二9内螺纹配合的外螺纹。
所述阀体1的内腔还设置有螺纹压盘2和阀座3,所述阀座3通过螺纹压盘2压紧于阀体1上。
阀杆5与阀芯4连接并与阀体1装配,手轮7与阀体1的底部通过轴承10旋转连接,当阀芯4发生上下偏移时,旋转手轮7,通过凹槽二9内螺纹与阀杆5 外螺纹的配合,调节阀杆5的上下位置,从而对阀杆5上设置的阀芯4上下调节及定位。
通过螺纹压盘2压紧阀座3于阀体1上,阀芯4转动对阀门进行开和关,关闭时密封性能更好。
实施例3
如图1所示,一种定位调节阀,包括阀体1、阀芯4、阀杆5、密封圈6和手轮7,所述阀芯4设置在阀体1内腔,所述阀杆5穿过阀体1的内腔与阀芯4连为一体,所述阀体1底部设置有凹槽一8,所述凹槽一8内固定有轴承10,所述轴承10套入手轮7,所述手轮7设置有凹槽二9,所述凹槽二9设置有内螺纹,所述阀杆5下端设置有与凹槽二9内螺纹配合的外螺纹。
所述阀体1的内腔还设置有螺纹压盘2和阀座3,所述阀座3通过螺纹压盘2压紧于阀体1上。
所述密封圈6套入阀杆5设置在阀体1内腔下部。
所述阀杆5下端的外螺纹与凹槽二9内螺纹采用相配合的梯形螺纹。
阀杆5与阀芯4连接并与阀体1装配,手轮7与阀体1的底部通过轴承10旋转连接,当阀芯4发生上下偏移时,旋转手轮7,通过凹槽二9内螺纹与阀杆5 外螺纹的配合,调节阀杆5的上下位置,从而对阀杆5上设置的阀芯4上下调节及定位。
通过螺纹压盘2压紧阀座3于阀体1上,阀芯4转动对阀门进行开和关,关闭时密封性能更好。
阀杆5穿过阀体1内腔下部,通过设置的密封圈6,对阀杆5与阀体1接触地方密封,防止液体发生泄漏。
阀杆5和凹槽二9才用梯形螺纹,通过转动手轮7使较小的转矩转动产生轴向运动和大的轴向力,推动阀杆5的上下移动。

1.一种定位调节阀,包括阀体(1)、阀芯(4)、阀杆(5)、密封圈(6)和手轮(7),其特征在于:所述阀芯(4)设置在阀体(1)内腔,所述阀杆(5)穿过阀体(1)的内腔与阀芯(4)连为一体,所述阀体(1)底部设置有凹槽一(8),所述凹槽一(8)内固定有轴承(10),所述轴承(10)套入手轮(7),所述手轮(7)设置有凹槽二(9),所述凹槽二(9)设置有内螺纹,所述阀杆(5)下端设置有与凹槽二(9)内螺纹配合的外螺纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种定位调节阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的内腔还设置有螺纹压盘(2)和阀座(3),所述阀座(3)通过螺纹压盘(2)压紧于阀体(1)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种定位调节阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈(6)套入阀杆(5)设置在阀体(1)内腔下部。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种定位调节阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(5)下端的外螺纹与凹槽二(9)内螺纹采用相配合的梯形螺纹。
