本实用新型涉及一种圆形单饼机自动切割成型装置，主要用于单饼机。
背景技术：
单饼是北方人们的主食之一，现有的单饼有圆形单饼和长方形单饼，单饼的制作方法有手工制作和机器制作两种，手工制作的单饼多为圆形单饼，由于手工制作慢，成本低。 全自动单饼机以其加工效率高，加工单饼的质量好，成本低，得到大力推广。但现有全自动单饼机制作的多为长方形单饼，不能制作圆形单饼，而一些半自动的小型单饼机虽然也能制作出圆形单饼，但其生产效率低，生产成本高，不能满足大规模的生产。
发明内容：
本实用新型目的是提供一种自动化程度高，生产效率高，生产成本低，能快速切割出圆形单饼的圆形单饼机自动切割成型装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种圆形单饼机自动切割成型装置，包括辊轮、圆形模具刀、滚刷和传动装置，所述辊轮的外侧面上设有圆形模具刀，在辊轮的一侧设有滚刷，在辊轮和滚刷同一侧的辊轮轴及滚刷轴上设有传动装置。所述滚刷的刷毛抵在辊轮上，用于清理辊轮及圆形模具刀，还能防止饼坯贴在辊轮上。
所述传动装置由两个大小和齿数一致的齿轮及连接在两个齿轮上的链条组成，能使辊轮和滚刷实现同步运动的效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，便于安装，自动化程度高，生产效率高，生产成本低，能快速切割出圆形单饼。

如图1所示，一种圆形单饼机自动切割成型装置，包括辊轮（1）、圆形模具刀（2）、滚刷（3）和传动装置（4），所述辊轮（1）的外侧面上设有圆形模具刀（2），辊轮（1）转动一周，圆形模具刀（2）在饼坯上切出一个圆形饼坯。在辊轮（1）的一侧设有滚刷（3），滚刷（3）的刷毛抵在辊轮（1）上，用于清理辊轮（1）及圆形模具刀（2），还能防止饼坯贴在辊轮（1）上。在辊轮（1）和滚刷（3）同一侧的辊轮轴及滚刷（3）轴上设有传动装置（4）。传动装置（4）由两个大小和齿数一致的齿轮及连接在两个齿轮上的链条组成，能使辊轮（1）和滚刷（3）实现同步运动的效果。

1.一种圆形单饼机自动切割成型装置，其特征是：包括辊轮、圆形模具刀、滚刷和传动装置，所述辊轮的外侧面上设有圆形模具刀，在辊轮的一侧设有滚刷，在辊轮和滚刷同一侧的辊轮轴及滚刷轴上设有传动装置，所述滚刷的刷毛抵在辊轮上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆形单饼机自动切割成型装置，其特征是：所述传动装置由两个大小和齿数一致的齿轮及连接在两个齿轮上的链条组成。
