本实用新型涉及一种管壁差压式涡街流量计,包括差压计:用于测量差压信号;引压管:从导流管壁上引出差压,传递至差压计;漩涡发生体:产生差压信号的元件,为一三角柱形,设在导流管中间,导流管:为一圆形管,用于连接工艺管道。与现有技术相比,本实用新型解决了一种涡街流量计检测漩涡信号的方法,即采用差压计检测漩涡发生体前后在管壁处产生的差压,该差压法比常规方法所能检测到的信号更小,更弱,因此流量计的下限流量能做的更低,适应性更强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种涡街流量计,采用差压法测量原理,能测量更小更低流速的流量。
背景技术
目前涡街流量计大多采用压电式晶体法,它的不足之处就是下限流量过高,不能测量低流速流体。本实用新型技术突破传统的涡街流量计检测方法,采用差压法测量管壁上的差压信号,能测量低流速流体,因此具有流量范围宽,下限流量低的特点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供的一种下限流量更低的管壁差压式涡街流量计。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种管壁差压式涡街流量计,该流量计包括:差压计:用于测量差压信号;引压管:引出管壁差压信号;漩涡发生体:产生差压信号的元件;导流管:用于与工艺管道连接。
所述的一种管壁差压式涡街流量计,其特征为差压计下端连接引压管,2根引压管接差压计正负口,2根引压管焊接在导流管上,轴向分布在漩涡发生体前后两侧,漩涡发生体设置在导流管中间,它的形状为三角柱型,导流管为一圆形直管,用于和工艺管道连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型技术突破传统的涡街流量计检测方法,采用测量管壁上的差压信号,因此具有流量范围宽,下限流量低的特点。

一种管壁差压式涡街流量计,其结构如图所示,该流量计包括:1、差压计,2、引压管,3、漩涡发生体,4、导流管。
所述的一种管壁差压式涡街流量计,其差压计1下端连接引压管2,用于测量差压信号;两根引压管上端接差压计正负口下端焊接在导流管4上,并轴向的分布在漩涡发生体3前后两侧,用于引出管壁差压信号;漩涡发生体3设置在导流管4中间,它的形状为三角柱型,流体通过它时将在管壁上产生差压;导流管4为一圆形直管,用于和工艺管道连接。
本实用新型在于一种涡街流量计,采用管壁差压法,能测量更低更小的流体流量。

1.一种管壁差压式涡街流量计,其特征在于,该流量计包括:差压计:用于测量差压信号;引压管:引出管壁差压信号;漩涡发生体:产生差压信号的元件;导流管:用于与工艺管道连接,所述的差压计安装在引压管的上部,所述的引压管为圆形短管焊接在导流管的上部,所述的漩涡发生体为一三角柱形安装在导流管正中间,所述的导流管为一圆形直管。
