技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种封闭式活性碳酸钙生产中间仓，属于一种活性碳酸钙生产设备。
背景技术
活性碳酸钙具疏水亲油的性能，广泛应用于橡胶、塑料、塑钢门窗、PVC电缆料、高级涂料、管材、轮胎、鞋底、聚乙烯吹膜、密封胶条、玻璃钢制品、电缆包装布、造纸、建材、油墨、日用化工、纺织、饲料、食品添加剂等行业，是一种高填充量的高档填充剂。
目前，国内通行的活性碳酸钙工业制备工艺：
由活化釜放出的钙粉物料温度都高达120℃左右，由于不能直接进行筛分和包装，因此必须设置一个储存池来对活化釜放出的钙粉物料进行降温，而现有的储存池都是敞开式的，采用砖混结构建造，设置于活化釜放料口的下方，其作用除用于活化后钙粉物料的降温外，还具有便于活化釜及时放出活化后的钙粉，为下一批次钙粉活化腾空空间，以及保证下道筛分和包装工作连续性的功能。这样的钙粉储存设施，由于活化后的钙粉流动性极强，打开放料阀后会从活化釜内喷涌而出，在储存池内掀起巨大的气浪，会导致部分钙粉颗粒漂流出储存池，给周边环境及大气造成严重污染。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足，而提供活性碳酸钙生产工艺一种封闭式生产中间仓，该生产中间仓自动化程度高、工作效率高，以该生产中间仓替代现有的储存池工作不会有钙粉颗粒漂出而给周边环境及大气造成污染。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案为：这种封闭式活性碳酸钙生产中间仓，它由钢制筒体、上盖板、装置于上盖板上的进料管、开设于上盖板上的排气口安装的除尘布袋、下部放料口连接的螺旋提升器及由电动机、减速机、联轴器、垂直插入钢制筒体内的立轴和装置于立轴上的桨叶构成的搅拌装置构成，所述的搅拌装置，电动机和减速机通过减速机底盘及钢制筒体的上盖板安装在生产中间仓的顶部，垂直插入钢制筒体内的立轴上端通过联轴器与设置于生产中间仓顶部的减速机输出轴相连，而装置于立轴上的桨叶布置在生产中间仓的下部。这样的封闭式活性碳酸钙生产中间仓，后续流入的高温钙粉在搅拌装置的作用下，将迅速与已存在生产中间仓中的、经过降温的钙粉混合，能达到快速降温的目的，而在此过程中，搅拌装置的桨叶又将生产中间仓中经过混合、降温的钙粉推向下部设置的放料口，通过放料口连接的螺旋提升器送往下道筛分和包装工艺。这样的封闭式活性碳酸钙生产中间仓，生产中应及时清理和更换排气口安装的除尘布袋，保持排气口的透气性。
本实用新型所提供的这种封闭式活性碳酸钙生产中间仓，结构简单，自动化程度高，工作效率高，由于采取封闭式结构，以其替代现有的储存池工作，即刻取得“不会有钙粉颗粒漂出而给周边环境及大气造成污染”之积极效果。

1.一种封闭式活性碳酸钙生产中间仓，其特征在于：它是由钢制筒体(1)、上盖板(2)、装置于上盖板(2)上的进料管(3)、开设于上盖板(2)上的排气口安装的除尘布袋(7)、下部放料口连接的螺旋提升器(8)及由电动机(5)、减速机(6)、联轴器(4)、垂直插入钢制筒体(1)内的立轴(9)和装置于立轴(9)上的桨叶(10)构成的搅拌装置构成的，所述的搅拌装置，电动机(5)和减速机(6)通过减速机底盘及钢制筒体(1)的上盖板(2)安装在生产中间仓的顶部，垂直插入钢制筒体(1)内的立轴(9)上端通过联轴器(4)与设置于生产中间仓顶部的减速机输出轴相连，而装置于立轴(9)上的桨叶(10)布置在生产中间仓的下部。
