Description

本实用新型属于换热装置的热传导管。
目前,现有技术中大都使用光滑内壁的有色金属管,其换热效率较低。在中国专利文献CN85103367和CN85107311中,揭示了内表面开有螺纹的热传导管,使热交换效率有所提高,然而管中流体的流动状态是呈螺旋状规则流动,虽增加了距离,但流体滞留管壁的时间并未延长,故不能进行充分的热交换。
本实用新型的任务是提出一种能破坏流体规则流动的表面形状。
本实用新型的热传导管,其特征在于在有色金属管内表面呈鱼鳞状(菱形)凸起的表面。

本实用新型的优点在于破坏了管中流体的层流状态,也破坏了呈螺旋状规则流动状态,而成为无规则的紊流状态,使内、外层次的流体产生撞击和搅拌,并增加了管壁的摩擦阻力,延长了流体滞留在管壁的时间,流体的热交换较充分,从而提高了换热效率,在同等效率情况下,可减少有色金属热传导管的长度。
本实用新型的最佳实施方案是,鱼鳞状(菱形)凸块的高度为0.1-3mm,菱形的斜角α为15-40度,其节距t为0.5-8mm。
