本实用新型涉模具设计技术领域，尤其涉及一种注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑是一种工业产品生产造型的方法。产品通常使用橡胶注塑和塑料注塑。注塑还可分注塑成型模压法和压铸法。注射成型机(简称注射机或注塑机)是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备，注射成型是通过注塑机和模具来实现的。
所得的形状往往就是最后成品，在安装或作为最终成品使用之前不再需要其他的加工。许多细部，诸如凸起部、肋、螺纹，都可以在注射模塑一步操作中成型出来。
在生产薄壁管状塑料时，现有技术中是分别挤出薄壁管和底座，再将薄壁管和底座用焊接工艺连接，导致操作复杂，生产效率低下，而采用注塑成型技术，下模具表面容易发生磨损，寿命短，影响产品的质量，同时在注塑成型后产品成型速度慢，难以满足高速生产的要求。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种注塑模具。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现：
一种注塑模具，包括上固定板，所述上固定板下端设有上模具，所述上模具下侧设有下模具，所述下模具内侧结构形状与上模具相适应，所述下模具中心位置设有注塑孔，所述下模具的内侧壁上设有耐磨层，所述上模具圆周方向上设有若干个通孔，所述上模具上端中心位置设有进风管， 所述进风管与出风筒相连接，所述出风筒圆周方向上设有出风孔。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案，所述耐磨层覆盖在下模具的内侧壁上，且厚度为1mm～5mm。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案，所述通孔结构形状为圆形孔。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案，所述出风孔结构形状为腰形或条状。
与现有的技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，本实用新型通过设置耐磨层，这样耐磨层能够保护下模具的内侧壁，延长使用寿命；通过设置通孔、出风孔，这样在出风孔、通孔的作用下能够实现产品的快速冷却，提高了成型效率，满足工业生产的要求。

一种注塑模具，包括上固定板1，所述上固定板1下端设有上模具2，所述上模具2下侧设有下模具3，所述下模具3内侧结构形状与上模具2相适应，所述下模具3中心位置设有注塑孔4，所述下模具3的内侧壁上设有耐磨层5，其中所述耐磨层5覆盖在下模具3的内侧壁上，且厚度为1mm～ 5mm，这样耐磨层5能够保护下模具3的内侧壁，延长使用寿命。
所述上模具2圆周方向上设有若干个通孔6，其中所述通孔6结构形状为圆形孔。所述上模具2上端中心位置设有进风管7，所述进风管7与出风筒8相连接，所述出风筒8圆周方向上设有出风孔9，其中所述出风孔9结构形状为腰形或条状。这样在出风孔9、通孔6的作用下能够实现产品的快速冷却，提高了成型效率，满足工业生产的要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具，其特征在于：所述耐磨层(5)覆盖在下模具(3)的内侧壁上，且厚度为1mm～5mm。
