本实用新型涉及一种牲畜生产护理器械，尤其是新生牛犊清理装置。
背景技术
大型养牛生产企业，为方便管理，提高新生牛犊的成活率，往往通过人工授精，控制母牛的生产，使其呈批量、周期性进行，相对较为集中。在母牛的生产过程中要有专门的护理人员进行护理，及时清理新生牛犊口腔内的粘液，否则会造成牛犊的窒息死亡。现在多数养殖场采用的方法是护理人员用手进行清理，存在的问题是用手清理速度慢，清理不彻底，遇有母牛生产集中或特殊情况时难以应对和完成，造成不必要的损失。
发明内容
本实用新型克服上述技术方面的缺陷，提供一种新生牛犊清理装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：新生牛犊清理装置，由负压罐、负压器、吸管、吸引头、开关夹、气阀、污物排放口、扣手组成。其中，负压罐由硬质塑料或不锈钢制成，负压罐顶部一侧设有负压器，负压器工作时负压罐内会产生负压；负压罐的顶部中央位置设有气阀，由于内部为负压，气阀采用回力下压阀。吸管为内设加强筋的塑胶管，前端连接吸引头，后端接通负压罐；负压罐底部的一侧设有污物排放口。
所述吸引头采用不锈钢材料制做，前端吸头为网状结构，吸引头的手柄部位设有按压式开关。
所述负压罐顶部侧壁对称设置有扣手。
本实用新型使用时，打开负压器，负压器工作，在负压罐内形成适度的负压，将吸引头插入新生牛犊的口腔或鼻腔中，打开吸引开关，牲畜口腔内的液体被吸入到负压罐内，负压罐内液体达到一定程度时可以打开气阀，通过污物排放口将污液放掉，用完后冲洗干净以备下次使用。
本实用新型设计合理，操作方便，清理效果好，可适用于大型养殖场。

1.新生牛犊清理装置，由负压罐(1)、负压器(2)、吸管(3)、吸引头(4)、开关夹(5)、气阀(6)、污物排放口(7)、扣手(8)组成，其特征在于，负压罐(1)由硬质塑料或不锈钢制成，负压罐(1)顶部一侧设有负压器(2)；负压罐(1)的顶部中央位置设有气阀(6)，气阀(6)采用回力下压阀；吸管(3)为内设加强筋的塑胶管，前端连接吸引头(4)，后端接通负压罐(1)；负压罐(1)底部的一侧设有污物排放口7。
