Abstract

背景技术
现有料槽内盛放涂布液，当网纹辊转动时，网纹辊周围的涂布液得以循环，但现有的料槽可能会因为长期被腐蚀，而发生槽体破裂，从而会使得涂料发生渗漏，污染工作环境。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的料槽会使涂料渗漏的不足，本实用新型提供了防漏型涂布机用料槽。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：防漏型涂布机用料槽，包括网纹辊、槽体、进料口和出料口，网纹辊置于槽体内，槽体侧壁上设有进料口和出料口，槽体固定连接在托盘之内，托盘边沿处设有橡胶片，橡胶片与槽体外壁相贴合。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括槽体通过螺栓与托盘固定连接。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括托盘底端设有支撑杆，支撑杆顶端与槽体底部相贴合。
本实用新型的有益效果是，该料槽能够防止因槽体发生破裂而造成涂料渗漏，保护了工作环境，省时省力，节约了成本，提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，防漏型涂布机用料槽，包括网纹辊1、槽体2、进料口3和出料口4，网纹辊1置于槽体2内，槽体2侧壁上设有进料口3和出料口4，槽体2固定连接在托盘5之内，托盘5边沿处设有橡胶片6，橡胶片6与槽体2外壁相贴合，槽体2通过螺栓7与托盘5固定连接，托盘5底端设有支撑杆8，支撑杆8顶端与槽体2底部相贴合。
首先通过进料口3，往槽体2内注入涂料，然后槽体2内的网纹辊1开始转动，使得卷绕在网纹辊1上的布料进行沾染涂料作业。当槽体2破裂，涂料会渗漏出来，最后掉落到托盘5之内，由于托盘5与槽体2之间通过支撑杆8隔开一个空间，使其可以容纳渗漏的涂料。而橡胶片6能够密封托盘5的开口。该料槽能够防止因槽体发生破裂而造成涂料渗漏，保护了工作环境，省时省力，节约了成本，提高了功效。

1.防漏型涂布机用料槽，包括网纹辊（1）、槽体（2）、进料口（3）和出料口（4），网纹辊（1）置于槽体（2）内，槽体（2）侧壁上设有进料口（3）和出料口（4），其特征是，槽体（2）固定连接在托盘（5）之内，托盘（5）边沿处设有橡胶片（6），橡胶片（6）与槽体（2）外壁相贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防漏型涂布机用料槽，其特征是，槽体（2）通过螺栓（7）与托盘（5）固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防漏型涂布机用料槽，其特征是，托盘（5）底端设有支撑杆（8），支撑杆（8）顶端与槽体（2）底部相贴合。
