The output shaft 102 is driven by the motor to swing around its own axis under the torque transmission of the eccentric transmission mechanism. The output shaft 102 can transmit the swinging motion to the working head 110, so that the working head 110 also swings, and different operations can be realized according to different types of the working head 110. In the prior art, the free end of the output shaft 102 is directly connected with the connecting hole 111 of the working head 110, and the working head 110 is fastened by inserting the pressure plate 103 into the swing power tool 100 and connecting with the corresponding locking element. Since some working heads 110 are not specifically provided for the swing power tool 100, there is a possibility of loosening or breaking during operation, which greatly affects the safety of the swing power tool 100. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the output shaft 102 and the working head 110 can be connected to each other through the adapter 120 and the pressing plate 103. The adaptor 200 includes an elastic sleeve 210 and a rigid sleeve 220, wherein the elastic sleeve 210 has a certain elastic coefficient and can contract and expand within a certain range. In this embodiment, the first end 211 may further have a plurality of fixing holes 217, the output shaft 102 is provided with corresponding fixing blocks, the fixing blocks may be inserted into the corresponding fixing holes 217, so that the elastic sleeve 210 and the output shaft 102 may be firmly connected, and the fixing holes 217 may be uniformly distributed on the first end 211 along the axial direction. The second end 212 of the elastic sleeve 210 can be inserted into the connection hole 111 of the working head 110, and the second end 212 can be tightly connected with the connection hole 111 by expansion, thereby achieving fastening of the working head 110 in the radial direction.
In this embodiment, in order to limit the axial movement of the working head 110 connected to the adaptor 200, the outer circumference of the elastic sleeve 210 is provided with a limit block 230, the limit block 230 extends in the radial direction, and the limit block 230 and the pressing plate 103 are matched with each other to limit the axial movement of the working head 110, so that the working head 110 is not easily loosened in the axial direction, and the safety is ensured. The stop block 230 may be disposed proximate the second end 212 according to the thickness of the working head 110, and the distance between the pressure plate 103 and the stop block 230 may be adjusted to accommodate working heads 110 of different thicknesses. In this embodiment, in order to better limit the movement of the working head 110 in the axial direction in all directions, the stop block 230 is disposed along the outer circumference of the elastic sleeve 210 by one turn, that is, the stop block 230 forms a ring-shaped stop block 230 connected end to end on the outer circumference of the elastic sleeve 210. Of course, the movement of the working head 110 in the axial direction may be limited in other ways as described above.
In the present embodiment, in order to provide the elastic sleeve 210 with a larger expansion range, a through slot 214 is formed on the elastic sleeve 210, the through slot 214 connects the inner wall and the outer wall of the elastic sleeve 210, the through slot 214 extends in the axial direction on the elastic sleeve 210, one end of the through slot 214 includes an opening 215, and the other end of the through slot 214 is closed. When the through groove 214 passes through the stopper 230, a communication groove 231 is also formed in the stopper 230, and the communication groove 231 is connected to the through groove 214. In the present embodiment, the elastic sleeve 210 may be provided with at least two through grooves 214, and in order to provide a more uniform expansion range of the elastic sleeve 210 in each radial direction, the through grooves 214 are uniformly arranged along the axial direction.
In the present embodiment, the cross section of the elastic sleeve 210 along the axial direction is trapezoidal, and the entire elastic sleeve 210 is a nearly truncated cone-shaped object. In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the first end 211 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the second end 212 for reasons of mounting simplicity and the like.
The rigid sleeve 220 is also provided with a second through hole 221 which penetrates through the rigid sleeve along the axial direction, and the pressing plate 103 can penetrate through the second through hole 221, so that the pressing plate 103 is inserted into the swing power tool, and a locking element in the swing power tool locks the pressing plate 103, thereby achieving the purpose of fixing the pressing plate. The rigid sleeve 220 is adapted to the shape and size of the elastic sleeve 210.
