变压器的线圈、线包,在制作过程中,通过漆包线或者铜箔的层层缠绕而成,往往缠绕过程不是很紧凑,导致整个线圈、线包体积大,超厚,整个加工过程不能自动控制,生产效率低下,产品质量差。

针对上述技术问题,本实用新型公开一种压线装置,包括:气缸以及与所述气缸相连接的推动杆,所述推动杆的端部设置有用于压紧线包的冲压块,所述冲压块为圆柱体形状的冲压块;所述推动杆上设置红外线感应装置;所述红外线感应装置与气缸的控制开关电连接;所述冲压块的下方垂直设置挡板。
优选地,所述冲压块的底部面积大于顶部面积。
本实用新型的有益效果是所述压线装置结构简单,成本低廉,通过红外线感应装置与气缸的控制开关电连接,控制冲压过程的启动和关闭;且冲压块的面积大,冲压效果好,可将线包压成符合规定的厚度,产品质量高。
