本实用新型的技术方案如下：该涉水零件排水结构包括横梁支架以及纵梁，横梁支架与纵梁之间焊接，其技术要点是：所述纵梁的底部与横梁支架的焊接处设有贯通的圆槽，横梁支架上设有三个呈正三角形排列的焊点。
纵梁与横梁支架的配合面设有圆槽结构，车身电泳时，电泳液可沿着圆槽结构流入车身零件内部，使零件内部充分电泳，增加零件抗腐蚀能力。当汽车行驶在积水路面时，由于雨水随车轮飞溅及车经过较深水坑时，雨水会流入车身零件内部，雨水会顺着圆槽流出，起到排水作用，防止雨水不能够及时排出所发生的锈蚀。圆槽结构方便确定焊点位置、吸褶除皱、增加零件强度。
