技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种实木复合地板结构设计领域,尤其涉及一种双框式基板实木复合地板。
背景技术
随着人们生活品质的不断提高,实木地板越来越受到人们的欢迎。现有实木地板一般可分为原木加工的纯实木地板和实木复合地板。纯实木地板完整保留了天然木材的原始状态,纹理真实美观,环保程度高,具有外观效果好、上档次、自然环保等优点,但是变形率大,当空气温度或湿度变化时会发生膨胀或收缩,容易翘起,使用效果较差。
实木复合地板采用分层工艺,使每层木材相互牵制,内应力有一定程度的抵消,变形率小于纯实木地板,如CN2438558Y公开的两层交错复合地板。然而,实木复合地板由于表层和基板材质密度和含水率等的差异,在环境温度、湿度等影响下容易变形分层,产生翘曲。CN202062479U公开了一种门框式实木板材,在外框内设置内胆形成门框式包裹结构,且外框采用纵向结构而内胆采用横向排布结构,提高实木板材的抗弯区变形性能,避免造成鼓包、内缩等现象。
发明内容
抗弯曲变形、耐收缩膨胀,使地板使用效率提高,一直是衡量实木复合地板性能优劣的最重要指标,也是实木复合地板研究的重要方向。虽然上述门框式实木板材有利于延长实木复合地板的使用寿命,但是其仍会产生翘曲变形,受环境影响容易膨胀或收缩,影响使用。
本实用新型基于现有技术存在的问题,发明了一种双框式基板实木复合地板,进一步解决实木复合地板弯曲变形、易翘曲的问题。
该实木复合地板包括双框式实木基板和粘合在所述双框式实木基板上的实木面板。所述双框式实木基板包括横木纹芯材和纵木纹边框,所述纵木纹边框沿横木纹芯材的木纹方向结合在横木纹芯材的两侧,将横木纹芯材夹在中间。纵木纹边框与横木纹芯材木纹相互垂直且位于同一平面。每侧的纵木纹边框均包括两个纵木纹板,其中一个纵木纹板位于横木纹芯材和另一个纵木纹板之间。显然,每侧纵木纹边框的宽度可相等,也可不等;组成每侧纵木纹边框的每个纵木纹板的宽度可相等,也可不等。
纵木纹边框的宽度用d1表示,所述纵木纹板的宽度用d2表示。显然,由图1可知,纵木纹边框的宽度d1是指沿横木纹方向的纵木纹边框的边长。纵木纹板的宽度d2是指沿横木纹方向的纵木纹板边长。
可选地,每侧纵木纹边框的宽度d1范围均是1cm-4cm,包括两个端点。
可选地,所述纵木纹板的宽度d2范围是0.5cm-2cm,包括两个端点。
可选地,所述横木纹芯材由若干条形横木纹板组成,每个条形横木纹板的宽度d3范围是1cm-4cm,包括两个端点。
显然,由图1可知,条形横木纹板的宽度d3是指沿纵木纹方向的横木纹板边长。
可选地,所述实木复合地板的厚度为0.5cm-3cm。见图1和图2,显然,纵木纹边框12、纵木纹板121、横木纹芯材11、条形横木纹板111的厚度均是相同的,都等于双框式实木基板1的厚度h。即,h既是双框式实木基板1的厚度,也是纵木纹边框12、纵木纹板121、横木纹芯材11、以及条形横木纹板111的厚度。实木复合地板的厚度等于厚度h再加上面板厚度。
可选地,横木纹芯材11和纵木纹边框12,可通过无齿胶粘、微齿榫铆、螺钉固定、指接、或槽榫结合等结构装配在一起,形成双框式实木基板1。
可选地,所述两个纵木纹板121,可通过无齿胶粘、微齿榫铆、螺钉固定、指接、或槽榫结合等结构装配在一起,形成纵木纹边框12。
可选地,所述双框式基板实木复合地板的外周均设有槽榫结构,所述槽榫结构可与另一双框式基板实木复合地板的槽榫配合固定。
本实用新型的实木复合地板受加工应力和环境温湿度变化产生的应力等均可得到有效释放,且耐环境收缩或膨胀的能力大大提高,使得实木复合地板具有更优异的耐弯曲变形能力,抗翘曲性能更好。

将木板经切割、干燥处理后,加工成具有一定长度且宽度d3范围是1cm-4cm的条形横木纹板111,将若干条形横木纹板111横向胶粘形成横木纹芯材11,如图1所示,沿横木纹芯材11的木纹方向、在横木纹芯材11的两侧胶粘结合纵木纹边框12。所述纵木纹边框12将横木纹芯材11夹在中间,与横木纹芯材11木纹方向相互垂直且位于同一个平面,每侧的纵木纹边框12均包括两个纵木纹板121,其中一个纵木纹板位于横木纹芯材和另一个纵木纹板之间。如此,横木纹芯材11和纵木纹边框12结合成一整体,构成双框式实木基板1。
其中,每侧纵木纹边框12的宽度可相等,也可不等,纵木纹边框的宽度d1范围是1cm-4cm。组成每侧纵木纹边框的每个纵木纹板121的宽度可相等,也可不等,所述每个纵木纹板的宽度d2范围是0.5cm-2cm。例如,一侧纵木纹边框的宽度为2cm而另一侧纵木纹边框的宽度为4cm,对应的组成纵木纹边框的纵木纹板的宽度分别为1cm和1cm、以及2cm和2cm;或者如,一侧纵木纹边框的宽度为2cm而另一侧纵木纹边框的宽度也为2cm,对应的组成纵木纹边框的纵木纹板的宽度分别为1cm和1cm、以及0.5cm和1.5cm;或者如,一侧纵木纹边框的宽度为2cm而另一侧纵木纹边框的宽度也为2cm,对应的组成纵木纹边框的纵木纹板的宽度分别为1cm和1cm、以及1cm和1cm,等等。

由图1和图2可知,纵木纹边框12的宽度d1是沿横木纹方向的纵木纹边框的边长,纵木纹板121的宽度d2是沿横木纹方向的纵木纹板边长,而构成横木纹芯材11的条形横木纹板111的宽度d3是沿纵木纹方向的条形横木纹板边长。纵木纹边框12、纵木纹板121、横木纹芯材11、条形横木纹板111的厚度均相同,都等于双框式实木基板1的厚度h。实木复合地板的厚度等于厚度h再加上面板厚度。

Claims (8)
1.一种双框式基板实木复合地板,包括双框式实木基板和粘合在所述双框式实木基板上的实木面板,其特征在于:所述双框式实木基板包括横木纹芯材和纵木纹边框,所述纵木纹边框沿横木纹芯材的木纹方向结合在横木纹芯材的两侧,将横木纹芯材夹在中间,纵木纹边框与横木纹芯材木纹相互垂直且位于同一平面,每侧的纵木纹边框均包括两个纵木纹板,其中一个纵木纹板位于横木纹芯材和另一个纵木纹板之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的双框式基板实木复合地板,其特征在于:每侧纵木纹边框的宽度范围均是1cm-4cm。
3.如权利要求1所述的双框式基板实木复合地板,其特征在于:所述纵木纹板的宽度范围是0.5cm-2cm。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的双框式基板实木复合地板,其特征在于:所述横木纹芯材由若干条形横木纹板胶粘组成,每个条形横木纹板的宽度范围是1cm-4cm。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的双框式基板实木复合地板,其特征在于:所述实木复合地板的厚度为0.5cm-3cm。
6.如权利要求1或2或3所述的双框式基板实木复合地板,其特征在于:所述横木纹芯材和纵木纹边框通过无齿胶粘或微齿榫铆或螺钉固定或指接或槽榫结合的结构装配在一起,形成双框式实木基板。
7.如权利要求1或2或3所述的双框式基板实木复合地板,其特征在于:所述两个纵木纹板通过无齿胶粘或微齿榫铆或螺钉固定或指接或槽榫结合的结构装配在一起,形成纵木纹边框。
8.如权利要求1或2或3所述的双框式基板实木复合地板,其特征在于:所述双框式基板实木复合地板的外周均设有槽榫结构,所述槽榫结构可与另一双框式基板实木复合地板的槽榫配合固定。
