本实用新型公开一种防火电缆桥架，包括桥架和盖设于桥架上的盖板。桥架的截面呈“凹”状。桥架和/或盖板由内到外依序设有主内层、无机吸热材料层、保温层和外护层。无机吸热材料层的无机吸热材料为在受热时能够吸热并且能够释放出水蒸气的无机材料。本实用新型防火电缆桥架内的无机吸热材料在受热到一定程度时能够释放出水蒸汽，在无机吸热材料释放水蒸汽的过程中吸热，这个吸热过程本身能够起到降温作用，而且水蒸汽挥发能够源源不断地带走热量，使防火电缆桥架的温度降低，这能提高防火电缆桥架的耐火性能，减少火灾的发生对防火电缆桥架的损毁，提高人们财产安全的保障系数。

本实用新型涉及一种电缆桥架，尤其涉及一种防火电缆桥架。
背景技术
电缆桥架应用于电力系统中，是使电线、电缆、管缆铺设达到标准化、系列化、通用化的电缆铺设装置。
然而，随着人们对电力系统防火耐火要求的提高，不仅电线电缆需要具有防火耐火功能，而且作为电缆铺设装置的电缆桥架也同样需要具有防火功能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够防火效果极佳的防火电缆桥架。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种防火电缆桥架，包括桥架和盖设于桥架上的盖板。桥架的截面呈“凹”状。桥架和/或盖板由内到外依序设有主内层、无机吸热材料层、保温层和外护层。无机吸热材料层的无机吸热材料为在受热时能够吸热并且能够释放出水蒸气的无机材料。
优选地，所述无机吸热材料为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、水合硫酸铝钾、水合硫酸钙中的一种或多种。
优选地，所述无机吸热材料通过纤维固定。
优选地，所述保温层为陶瓷化硅橡胶层。
优选地，所述保温层填充有聚苯泡沫、酚醛泡沫、聚氨酯、岩棉、矿棉、玻璃棉、防火棉和陶瓷纤维中的一种或若干种。
优选地，所述主内层为金属材质内层。
优选地，所述主内层为钢、铁或铜材质主内层。
优选地，所述外护层为金属材质外护层。
优选地，所述外护层为钢、铁或铜材质外护层。
如上所述，本实用新型防火电缆桥架的防火隔热组设有无机吸热材料，该无机吸热材料在受热到一定程度时能够释放出水蒸汽，在无机吸热材料释放水蒸汽的过程中吸热，这个吸热过程本身能够起到降温作用，而且水蒸汽挥发能够源源不断地带走热量，使保险柜的温度降低，这能提高电缆桥架的耐火性能，减少火灾的发生对防火电缆桥架的损毁，提高人们财产安全的保障系数。

请参阅图1，本实用新型防火电缆桥架包括桥架10和盖设于桥架10上的盖板20。
桥架10的截面呈“凹”状。桥架10由内到外依序设有主内层11、无机吸热材料层12、保温层13和外护层14。无机吸热材料层12的无机吸热材料为在受热时能够吸热并且能够释放出水蒸气的无机材料。
与桥架10类同，盖板20由内到外依序设有主内层21、无机吸热材料层22、保温层23和外护层24。
优选地，所述无机吸热材料为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、水合硫酸铝钾、水合硫酸钙中的一种或多种。
优选地，所述无机吸热材料通过纤维固定。当然，无机吸热材料也可以填充于无机吸热材料层内。
优选地，所述保温层为陶瓷化硅橡胶层。陶瓷化硅橡胶层阻燃耐火性能优异，能够起到阻燃耐火作用，这能够在桥架10/盖板20不慎发生着火时将火源阻挡隔离，即使桥架10/盖板20燃烧超过陶瓷化硅橡胶层的耐火温度，陶瓷化硅橡胶层也将烧蚀形成一保护壳，该保护壳能够防止火焰进一步向外界延伸，能够避免因桥架10/盖板20着火而造成火灾的现象，从而保障人们的生命财产安全。当然，保温层也可以为防火棉或云母层等其他能够起到耐火作用的材料层。
同样地，在外界发生火灾时，亦会因陶瓷化硅橡胶层的阻燃耐火或烧蚀形成保护壳而将火源阻挡在桥架10/盖板20外，避免桥架10/盖板20着火造成火灾的蔓延。
优选地，所述主内层11/21为金属材质内层，优选钢、铁或铜材质主内层。当然，主内层11/21也可水泥或石材制成。
优选地，所述外护层14/24为金属材质内层，优选钢、铁或铜材质外护层。当然，外护层14/24也可水泥或石材制成。
这里需指出的是，为加强桥架10/盖板20的防火耐火效果，桥架10/盖板20的无机吸热材料层12和保温层13有多个。
综上所述，本实用新型防火电缆桥架设有无机吸热材料，该无机吸热材料在受热到一定程度时能够释放出水蒸汽，在无机吸热材料释放水蒸汽的过程中吸热，这个吸热过程本身能够起到降温作用，而且水蒸汽挥发能够源源不断地带走热量，使桥架的温度降低，这能提高桥架的耐火性能，减少火灾的发生对桥架的损毁，提高人们财产安全的保障系数。

1.一种防火电缆桥架，包括桥架和盖设于所述桥架上的盖板，所述桥架的截面呈“凹”状，其特征在于：所述桥架和/或盖板由内到外依序设有主内层、无机吸热材料层、保温层和外护层，所述无机吸热材料层的无机吸热材料为在受热时能够吸热并且能够释放出水蒸气的无机材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火电缆桥架，其特征在于：所述无机吸热材料通过纤维固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火电缆桥架，其特征在于：所述保温层为陶瓷化硅橡胶层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火电缆桥架，其特征在于：所述保温层填充有聚苯泡沫、酚醛泡沫、聚氨酯、岩棉、矿棉、玻璃棉、防火棉或陶瓷纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火电缆桥架，其特征在于：所述主内层为金属材质内层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防火电缆桥架，其特征在于：所述主内层为钢、铁或铜材质主内层。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的防火电缆桥架，其特征在于：所述外护层为金属材质外护层。
8.根据权利要求7任一项所述的防火电缆桥架，其特征在于：所述外护层为钢、铁或铜材质外护层。
