The cylinder core 2 is cylindrical and is provided with a key hole 14, a plurality of grooves 16, a plurality of through holes 18 and a plurality of limiting grooves 20. The key hole 14 extends along the axial direction of the lock core 2, the grooves 16 are arranged on the excircle of the lock core 2 at intervals along the axial direction of the lock core 2 and are perpendicular to the axial direction of the lock core 2, and the through hole 18 penetrates through the key hole 14 and the grooves 16. The limiting groove 20 is a strip-shaped structure and is arranged on the outer circle of the lock cylinder 2 and close to the groove 16.
The driving member 4 is mounted in the through hole 18 and includes a main body 22, a triggering portion 24, a mounting post 26 and a shielding portion 28, wherein the triggering portion 24 protrudes from the middle of the main body 22 and extends into the key hole 14, and when a key is inserted into the key hole 14, the key is abutted against the triggering portion 24. The mounting posts 26 and the shielding portions 28 are respectively disposed at two ends of the body 22, and the through hole 18 is adapted to the shape and size of the transmission member 4. The mounting post 26 is used to limit the driving member 4 in the through hole 18, and the shielding portion 28 can prevent hard objects such as iron wires from entering the lock cylinder through the key hole 14.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the transmission mechanism 6 includes a toothed plate 30, a pinion 32, a bull gear 34, a driven gear 36, and a cam 38. One end of the toothed plate 30 extends into the groove 16 and contacts the shielding portion 28, the other end of the toothed plate 30 is engaged with the pinion 32, and the toothed plate 30 is provided with an elastic member 40 to achieve elastic restoration. The bull gear 34 and the pinion gear 32 are coaxially and fixedly connected, the diameter of the bull gear 34 is larger than that of the pinion gear 32, the bull gear and the bull gear 34 are meshed, and the diameter of the driven gear 36 is smaller than that of the bull gear 34. The cam 38 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the driven gear 36, the cam 38 is arranged corresponding to the limiting groove 20, and the cam 38 is provided with a convex part 42 and a concave part 44.
The lock 8 is movably arranged between the cam 38 and the limiting groove 20. The lock 8 is a rod-like structure, one end of which is opposed by the cam 38. The other end is detachably connected with the limiting groove 20 in a matching way.
The locking plate 10 is arranged at one end of the lock cylinder 2 and is connected with the lock cylinder 2, and the locking plate 10 is provided with a poking plate 46 protruding outwards. Unlocking can only be achieved by rotating the locking plate 10. In this embodiment, after the locking plate 10 is rotated, the toggle piece 46 is commonly used in the art to open the lock by cooperating with other structures of the lock, such as a lock tongue, and will not be described herein.
The lock cylinder also includes a positioning member 48, a mounting plate 50, and the in-door handle 12. The positioning member 48 includes a positioning body 52, a positioning post 54 vertically extending from the positioning body 52, and a fixing buckle 56, wherein the positioning post 54 penetrates through the transmission mechanism 6 and then is connected with the fixing buckle 56 to position the transmission mechanism 6. The mounting plate 50 is provided with a mounting groove 58, and the shape of the mounting groove 58 is matched with the shapes of the transmission mechanism 6, the cam 38 and the lock 8, so as to be used for dark rotation positioning of the transmission mechanism 6, the cam 38 and the lock 8. An inner door handle 12 is connected to the locking plate 10 for directly driving the locking plate 10 from the inside of the door to rotate for unlocking.
When the lock is in a normal state, namely when a key is not inserted, one end of the lock 8 is resisted with the bulge 42 of the cam 38, and the other end of the lock is clamped in the limiting groove 20 of the lock core 2 to lock the lock core 2 and prevent the lock core 2 from being rotated to be unlocked. The length of the individual key bits on the key for opening the lock cylinder is set correspondingly by setting different contact positions of the lock 8 with the projections 42.
When a key is inserted, the key bit presses the transmission piece 4 to move the transmission piece 4 to the side where the transmission mechanism 6 is located, at this time, the shielding part 28 pushes the toothed plate 30 to move, and the toothed plate 30 drives the pinion 32, the bull gear 34, the driven gear 36 and the cam 38 to rotate. If the correct key is inserted, the teeth of the correct key rotate each cam 38 by just the angle that its corresponding lock 8 slides into the recess 44 under the driving action of the driving mechanism 6, so that the cylinder core 2 is released from the constraint of all the locks 8. At this time, the key is rotated to drive the locking plate 10 and the lock cylinder 2 to rotate together, so that unlocking can be realized. If trying to use a master key or a wire for trial unlocking, the transmission mechanism 6 uses a large gear 34, a small gear 32 and a driven gear 36 with different diameters for variable speed transmission, so that when the toothed plate 30 moves a small distance, the cam 38 rotates a relatively large angle, i.e. the moving distance is enlarged. Therefore, when the trial unlocking is carried out, the cam 38 is difficult to control to rotate to the correct position, and the unlocking cannot be carried out, so that the anti-theft performance is high.
In the present embodiment, the number of the transmission mechanism 6, the groove 16, the lock 8, the through hole 18, and the limiting groove 20 is equal to 5. In other embodiments, other numbers may be set according to actual needs.

the lock core is cylindrical and is provided with a key hole, grooves, a through hole and a limiting groove, the key hole extends along the axial direction of the lock core, the grooves are arranged on the excircle of the lock core at intervals along the axial direction of the lock core and are perpendicular to the axial direction of the lock core, the through hole penetrates through the key hole and the grooves, and the limiting groove is arranged on the excircle of the lock core and is close to the grooves;
the driving part is arranged in the through hole, the shape and the size of the through hole are matched with those of the driving part, the driving part comprises a body, a poking block, an installation column and a shielding part, the poking block protrudes from the middle part of the body and extends into the key hole, the installation column and the shielding part are respectively arranged at two ends of the body, and the shielding part is close to one side where the transmission mechanism is located;
the transmission mechanism is arranged in the groove and comprises a toothed plate, a pinion, a large gear, a driven gear and a cam, one end of the toothed plate extends into the groove and is close to the through hole, the other end of the toothed plate is meshed with the pinion, the large gear and the pinion are coaxially and fixedly connected, the diameter of the large gear is larger than that of the pinion, the driven gear is meshed with the large gear, the diameter of the driven gear is smaller than that of the large gear, the cam is coaxially and fixedly connected with the driven gear and corresponds to the limiting groove, and the cam is provided with a convex part and a concave part;
the lock is movably arranged between the cam and the limiting groove;
the locking plate is arranged at one end of the inner side of the lock cylinder and is fixedly connected with the lock cylinder.
