本实用新型公开了一种陶瓷真空保温杯，包括杯体和杯盖，其中，所述杯体包括不锈钢外壳和陶瓷内胆，所述不锈钢外壳为不锈钢做成的具有保温性能的真空体外壳，不锈钢外壳和陶瓷内胆之间通过具有保温性能的发泡剂进行固定。相比现有技术，本实用新型不仅美观、卫生、易清洗，而且保温效果好，同时便于携带不易碎，设计非常人性化。

背景技术
现有技术中的保温杯大体包括以下两种：
1、不锈钢真空杯：
五大优点：①美观、②不上锈、③易清洗、④易制造加工成保温性能极佳的真空层、⑤不易摔碎。
一大缺点：①内胆化学电解处理不卫生。
2、陶瓷杯：
四大优点：①美观、②易清洗、③对饮水无任何副作用、④有悠久的历史文化。
二大缺点：①易碎不便于携带、②不保温。
目前现有技术中尚没有一款兼具卫生、保温、便于携带不易碎功能的保温杯。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种卫生、保温、便于携带不易碎的陶瓷真空保温杯。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案来实现的：
一种陶瓷真空保温杯，包括杯体和杯盖，其中，所述杯体包括不锈钢外壳和陶瓷内胆，所述不锈钢外壳为不锈钢做成的具有保温性能的真空体外壳，不锈钢外壳和陶瓷内胆之间通过具有保温性能的发泡剂进行固定。
作为优选，所述杯盖对应杯口及杯腔位置的端面上连接有陶瓷内盖。
由上述技术方案可知，本实用新型的有益效果是：
相比现有技术，本实用新型不仅美观、卫生、易清洗，而且保温效果好，同时便于携带不易碎，设计非常人性化。

请参阅图1所示，本实用新型提供了一种陶瓷真空保温杯，包括杯体和杯盖1，其中，所述杯体包括不锈钢外壳2和陶瓷内胆3，所述不锈钢外壳2为不锈钢做成的具有保温性能的真空体外壳，其包括不锈钢材质的外壳4和不锈钢内胆5，不锈钢外壳2和陶瓷内胆3之间通过具有保温性能的发泡剂6进行固定。请参阅图1所示，图中还示意出了封水圈7、密封圈8，其为公知技术，在此不加详述。其中，发泡剂可采用现有技术中的各种具有保温功能的发泡剂，在本实施例中，发泡剂为白料和黑料混合使用，白料为聚醚；黑料为异氰酸酯，在此不加限定。杯盖优选采用塑料材质，所述杯盖对应杯口及杯腔位置的端面上优选为连接有陶瓷内盖9，这样使得整个杯子和杯盖内壁对应于杯腔的位置均是陶瓷材质，更加健康环保。
但以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳可行实施例，并非用以局限本实用新型的专利范围，故凡运用本实用新型说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变化，均同理包含在本实用新型的范围内。

1.一种陶瓷真空保温杯，包括杯体和杯盖，其特征在于，所述杯体包括不锈钢外壳和陶瓷内胆，所述不锈钢外壳为不锈钢做成的具有保温性能的真空体外壳，不锈钢外壳和陶瓷内胆之间通过具有保温性能的发泡剂进行固定，所述杯盖对应杯口及杯腔位置的端面上连接有陶瓷内盖。
