本实用新型公开了一种新型真空绝热板,包括VIP板体,所述的VIP板体的外面设有保温层,设有保温层的VIP板体设置在非金属阻隔袋内,所述的阻隔袋经抽真空组成真空绝热板。本实用新型的有益效果为结构简单、设计合理,减少了热桥效应,保温层厚度薄、体积小、重量轻,密封性能强、保温期长,适用于节能要求较高的产品,减少了运费,使真空绝热板的隔热和保温的性能大大提高,节能效果更好。

本实用新型涉及一种绝热板,具体涉及一种新型真空绝热板,属于隔热板材技术领域。
背景技术
真空绝热板(VIP板)是英文Vacuum Insulation Panel的简称,是真空保温材料中的—种,它是由填充芯材与真空保护表层复合而成,它有效地避免空气对流引起的热传递,因此导热系数可大幅度降低,小于0.003w/m.k,并且不含有任何ODS材料,具有环保和高效节能的特性,是目前世界上较为优良的高效保温材料。真空绝热板通常由铝塑复合膜制成的铝箔袋和隔热芯材组成,其中隔热芯材放置在铝箔袋中,在高真空封装机中封装形成真空绝热板,而铝箔袋是在铝箔或镀铝膜的两面复合有塑料薄膜,铝箔和镀铝膜是一种热传导性很好的材料,由于起封闭作用的袋体四周是由两层铝塑复合膜直接粘结(中间无隔热芯材隔开),通过热传导可以将真空绝热板前后两表面铝塑复合膜上的热量相互传递,降低真空绝热板的隔热效果。为了降低这种边缘热桥效应,有许多真空绝热板采用不含铝箔的包裹材料,如专利公布号:CN102720923A一种真空绝热板及其制备方法,但对于有反射热辐射或有屏蔽要求的绝热板来讲,无铝箔的真空绝热板其保温、隔热性能将大大降低,对于有屏蔽要求的就无法满足;目前无铝箔的阻隔袋密封性能较铝箔袋有较大差距,气体渗透性较大,使用寿命及保温性能受到限制。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种新型真空绝热板,结构简单、设计合理,减少了热桥效应,保温层厚度薄、体积小、重量轻,密封性能强、保温期长,适用于节能要求较高的产品,减少了运费,使真空绝热板的隔热和保温的性能大大提高,节能效果更好。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的技术方案是:
一种新型真空绝热板,包括VIP板体,所述的VIP板体外设有保温层,设有保温层的VIP板体设置在无金属阻隔袋内,所述的阻隔袋经抽真空组成真空绝热板;
上述保温层设置在VIP板体的一个大侧面;
上述保温层设置在VIP板体的两个大侧面。
本实用新型至少具有如下技术效果或优点:
1、减少了热桥效应:本实用新型在铝箔袋真空绝热板表面覆盖了一层保温材料,保温材料降低了铝箔与外界的温度差,从而降低了真空绝热板厚度方向两面的温度差;保温材料也避免了铝箔层与外界空气的直接接触,减少了气体对流引起的热交换,达到降低热桥效应的目的。
2、结构简单、设计合理,保温层厚度薄、体积小、重量轻,适用于节能要求较高的产品,减少了运费,使真空绝热板的隔热和保温的性能大大提高,节能效果更好。
3、工艺简单,可以在施工现场成型,多块VIP板拼接而成,减少运费。
4、可以根据需要组成不同形状,减小需要异型VIP板材的生产工艺难度。

参照图1,为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种新型真空绝热板,包括VIP板体1,所述的VIP板体1的外面设有保温层2,设有保温层2的VIP板体1设置在无金属阻隔袋3内,所述的阻隔袋3经抽真空组成真空绝热板,结构简单、设计合理,减少了热桥效应;
上述保温层2设置在VIP板体1的一个大侧面;
上述保温层2设置在VIP板体1的两个大侧面。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围。这样,倘若本实用新型的这些修改和变型属于本实用新型权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1.一种新型真空绝热板,其特征在于:包括VIP板体(1),所述的VIP板体(1)外设有保温层(2),设有保温层(2)的VIP板体(1)设置在无金属阻隔袋(3)内,所述的阻隔袋(3)经抽真空组成真空绝热板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型真空绝热板,其特征在于:所述的保温层(2)设置在VIP板体(1)的一个大侧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型真空绝热板,其特征在于:所述的保温层(2)设置在VIP板体(1)的两个大侧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空绝热板,其特征在于:所述的VIP板材可以多块拼接而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种真空绝热板,其特征在于:所述的多块VIP板拼接位置变化可以组成不同形状。
