背景技术:
法医损伤程度鉴定涉及损伤长度及面积的精准测量与计算。《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》已于2014年1月1日实施,新标准中增加了多条人体体表挫擦伤面积、缺损面积、瘢痕面积的条款。现有的传统验伤查体工具钢直尺、比例尺不能完全满足鉴定工作需要,尤其是对不规则损伤面积,体表缺损面积等无法精确测量,制作并推出实用新型精准测量工具势在必行。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型要解决的问题是综合传统的钢直尺、比例尺及工业不透明坐标纸的优缺点,结合法医查体及档案管理要求,提供一种“法医不规则损伤面积测量尺”。
法医不规则损伤面积测量尺由透明材料制成,为长方形,厚度0.5-1毫米。其中纵、横两条边上有直尺刻度,基本长度单位为厘米,最小单位精确到毫米,四条边围成的区域为平面网格尺,最小面积精确到1平方毫米。
所述的透明材料可以是透明亚克力材料或单面胶贴膜。
该产品结构简单、操作方便、测量数值精准,测量结果可直接用相机拍照记录,直接读出数值或用计算机读图软件读出数值。

具体实施方式:
1、长度测量:测量受害人体表损伤长度时,直接用该工具纵向直尺边1或横向直边尺2(上面有相当于钢直尺的刻度,单位厘米,精确到毫米),平行放置到需测量的伤口或瘢痕一侧,或直接放到瘢痕上面,因该工具是透明的,直接读出长度数据信息,并可用相机拍照记录。
2、面积测量:测量受害人体表不规则瘢痕或缺损面积时,将该测量尺放到需要测量的瘢痕或组织缺损创面上,并让该瘢痕完全处于网格尺3中。因该工具是透明的,直接用相机拍照记录,通过数格或计算机读图软件读出面积。
3、更多功能:该工具可用于各种体表损伤长度及面积的测量。将法医不规则体表损伤面积测量尺放置到损伤皮肤表面,可直接读出规则的、不规则的各种损伤长度及面积,包括但不限于挫伤、擦伤、缺损、瘢痕面积,直接用相机拍照记录,人工或计算机读图软件读出数据。如果结合测量尺的滚动,记号笔描绘等手法,可记录并测量各种损伤长度及面积。
4、衍生产品:可根据实际需要,制成透明单面胶贴膜,粘附皮肤表面测量,用照相机拍照,人工或计算机读图软件读出数据,更方便,更直接,更客观真实的保存原始数据。
