对比文件一,专利号: CN200620038771.0,申请日:2006.01.06,公告号:CN2882649Y,公告日:2007.03.28,专利权人:温州市贝普科技有限公司,本案公开了“一种用于胰岛素注射的针头”,其主权项内容为:它主要包括针头座,针头座顶端设有针管,其特征在于:所述针头座的腔体内设有内螺纹,针头座的直径为5mm-50mm,针管外套接有针管保护套,针头座外套接有针座保护套,针座保护套下部开口处设有密封透析纸。
对比文件中公开了一种常规的胰岛素注射针结构,现有常规胰岛素注射器和笔式胰岛素注射器在使用后针尖始终暴露在外部,安全性问题暴露无疑,而且,现有胰岛素注射器的内部结构也同时存在缺陷,可以回收后重复使用,为医疗事故埋下了安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一次性使用安全自毁胰岛素针,其利用内部弹性部件的支撑力,实现对针管端部的有效防护,避免了注射完成后针管的外露问题,并且,巧妙利用非对称分布的卡合部件,使得内部的自毁压座在被卡合后自然向一侧倾斜,导致胰岛素针内部的联动式装配结构被彻底破坏,无法再次实现原有的联动配合,倾斜后的自毁压座会卡死在胰岛素针内部,向下抵住针管基板向上抵住安全护套,实现胰岛素针的自毁功能,有效防止胰岛素针被二次使用,杜绝一切安全隐患,克服了现有技术中存在的缺点和不足。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一次性使用安全自毁胰岛素针,它包括胰岛素针本体,其特征在于:所述胰岛素针本体内设有一针座,该针座整体呈圆筒状,该圆筒状的针座内腔呈中空状,针座的腔体内设有针管基板,该针管基板将针座的内腔分割成上部独立空间和下部独立空间,下部独立空间的内壁处分布有内螺纹,针管基板上表面的中心位处设有一弹簧固定柱,该弹簧固定柱的下段位于上述上部独立空间内,针管基板处设有一针管,该针管贯穿针管基板,针管的一端贯穿位于针管基板中心位的弹簧固定柱后向上延伸,针管的另一端贯穿针管基板后向下部独立空间内延伸,针管的两端均呈刺尖状,针管上部独立空间的内壁处分布有至少一片弹性片,弹性片在针管内腔的内壁处呈斜向设置,弹性片的一端与针管内腔的内壁连接,弹性片的另一端悬空,该悬空端指向针管基板上表面靠近中心位处,上述弹簧固定柱外部套接有一弹簧,该弹簧的一端向下抵住针管基板上表面,弹簧的另一端向上抵住安全护套,针座的上端处套接有一安全卡座,安全卡座的下端与针座的上端相互套接,安全卡座的上端处设有一安全护套,安全卡座整体呈圆筒状,安全卡座的内腔呈中空状,安全卡座上端开口的内缘处形成环状限位部,安全护套整体亦呈圆筒状,安全护套的内腔呈中空状,安全护套下端开口的外缘处形成与上述环状限位部配合的环状限位凸起部,该环状限位凸起部位于上述环状限位部下方安全卡座的腔体内,环状限位凸起部的上端面可向下抵住环状限位部的下端面,安全护套下端开口的外缘与安全卡座上端开口的内缘相互限位相互套接,弹簧的外部套接有一自毁压座,自毁压座整体呈圆筒状,自毁压座的内腔呈中空状,自毁压座上段部的外径小于自毁压座下段部的外径,自毁压座上段部和下段部之间形成环状限位台阶,自毁压座下段部的外径大于安全护套内腔的直径,自毁压座上段部的外径小于或等于安全护套内腔的直径,自毁压座上段部位于安全护套的腔体内,环状限位台阶的端面向上抵住安全护套下端的端面,自毁压座下段部的外壁处形成与弹性片配合的环状隆起部,该环状隆起部与针管之间的垂直距离大于弹性片悬空端与针管之间的垂直距离,上述安全护套上端成封闭状,该封闭的端面处开设有圆孔,该圆孔的直径小于弹簧上端部的直径,弹簧上端向上抵住安全护套上端面的内表面,针座下端的端面处覆有透析纸。

本实用新型为一次性使用安全自毁胰岛素针,如图1中所示,它包括胰岛素针本体,其区别于现有技术在于:所述胰岛素针本体内设有一针座1,该针座整体呈圆筒状,该圆筒状的针座1内腔呈中空状,针座1的腔体内设有针管基板9,该针管基板9将针座1的内腔分割成上部独立空间12和下部独立空间13,下部独立空间13的内壁处分布有内螺纹20,针管基板9上表面的中心位处设有一弹簧固定柱10,该弹簧固定柱10的下段位于上述上部独立空间12内,针管基板9处设有一针管7,该针管7贯穿针管基板9,针管7的一端贯穿位于针管基板9中心位的弹簧固定柱10后向上延伸,针管7的另一端贯穿针管基板9后向下部独立空间13内延伸,针管7的两端均呈刺尖状,针管7上部独立空间12的内壁处分布有至少一片弹性片11,弹性片11在针管7内腔的内壁处呈斜向设置,弹性片11的一端与针管7内腔的内壁连接,弹性片11的另一端悬空,该悬空端指向针管基板9上表面靠近中心位处,上述弹簧固定柱10外部套接有一弹簧6,该弹簧6的一端向下抵住针管基板9上表面,弹簧6的另一端向上抵住安全护套5,针座1的上端处套接有一安全卡座4,安全卡座4的下端与针座1的上端相互套接,安全卡座4的上端处设有一安全护套5,安全卡座4整体呈圆筒状,安全卡座4的内腔呈中空状,安全卡座4上端开口的内缘处形成环状限位部14,安全护套5整体亦呈圆筒状,安全护套5的内腔呈中空状,安全护套5下端开口的外缘处形成与上述环状限位部14配合的环状限位凸起部15,该环状限位凸起部15位于上述环状限位部14下方安全卡座4的腔体内,环状限位凸起部15的上端面可向下抵住环状限位部14的下端面,安全护套5下端开口的外缘与安全卡座4上端开口的内缘相互限位相互套接,弹簧6的外部套接有一自毁压座3,自毁压座3整体呈圆筒状,自毁压座3的内腔呈中空状,自毁压座3上段部的外径小于自毁压座3下段部的外径,自毁压座3上段部和下段部之间形成环状限位台阶16,自毁压座3下段部的外径大于安全护套5内腔的直径,自毁压座3上段部的外径小于或等于安全护套5内腔的直径,自毁压座3上段部位于安全护套5的腔体内,环状限位台阶16的端面向上抵住安全护套5下端的端面,自毁压座3下段部的外壁处形成与弹性片11配合的环状隆起部17,该环状隆起部17与针管7之间的垂直距离大于弹性片11悬空端与针管7之间的垂直距离,上述安全护套5上端成封闭状,该封闭的端面处开设有圆孔18,该圆孔18的直径小于弹簧6上端部的直径,弹簧6上端向上抵住安全护套5上端面的内表面,针座1下端的端面处覆有透析纸8。
在具体实施时,所述胰岛素针本体外部设有一针座护帽2,该针座护帽2的上端面为封闭状,针座护帽2的下端面为开口状,该针座护帽2依次将上述安全护套5和安全卡座4和针座1罩于其内腔。
在具体实施时,所述针管7内腔的内壁处分布有三片弹性片11,三片弹性片11分布在同一水平面上,三片弹性片11之间呈非均匀分布,当然,为了提升弹性片11的作用强度,可以将其中某一片弹性片的长度和倾斜角度进行区别设计,其长度可以略长于其它弹性片0.1mm-8.5mm,倾斜角度差值为0.5度-30度,同时,弹性片的悬空端可形成刺尖或者刃口。
在具体实施时,所述针管7内腔的内壁处分布有三片弹性片11,相邻弹性片11的悬空端连线呈三角形,该三角形的一条边大于另外两条边。
在具体实施时,所述针座1与安全卡座4相互套接,针座1外壁与安全卡座4内腔的内壁紧密贴合,针座1外壁处设有凸起卡合部19,安全卡座4内腔的内壁处设有与凸起卡合部相配合的凹陷部。
在实际使用中,如图2中所示,步骤一,胰岛素笔前端处的外螺纹与胰岛素针后端的内螺纹20配合旋接,针管7的下端刺入胰岛素笔内,取下针座护帽2,此时,胰岛素针最上部的安全护套5暴露出来。如图3中所示,步骤二,将安全护套5抵住患者皮肤,顺势下按,安全护套5受力后向安全卡座4内腔位移,直至安全护套5完全陷入安全卡座4内。安全护套5在向下位移时,带动下部的自毁压座3一起向下位移,位移过程中自毁压座3外壁处的环状隆起部17触及弹性片11时,会顺势压迫弹性片11向外扩张开,在弹性片11扩张过程中,环状隆起部17顺势越过弹性片11的悬空端,环状隆起部17越过弹性片11后,作用在弹性片11上的压迫力消失,弹性片11立即恢复原始状态,此时,自毁压座3的环状隆起部及环状隆起部以下部分被限制在弹性片11与针管基板9之间。在安全护套5位移过程中,针管上端部便可在穿过圆孔18后暴露出来,再顺势扎入患者皮下,针管刺入皮肤后进行注射。步骤三,如图4中所示,注射完成后,向后拔出针管的针头部,作用在安全护套5端部的皮肤阻力消失,在弹簧6回复力的作用下,安全护套5瞬间向上部弹出,将原本会暴露在外的针管部完全罩住,确保针管部不会外露,实现胰岛素的安全操作。在环状限位部14和环状限位凸起部15的相互作用下,配合弹簧6向上的回复力,安全护套5下端与安全卡座上端相互卡合,实现对安全护套5的定位,在安全护套5向上位移的过程中,由于安全护套5内壁与自毁压座3外壁之间设置有相互卡合的机构,故安全护套5会带动自毁压座3一起瞬间向上位移,但在此位移的过程中,自毁压座3外壁处的环状隆起部17是再也无法越过弹性片11悬空端的。步骤四,如图5中所示,由于弹性片11之间的分布是非均匀的,其中两片弹性片之间的间距比较之另外两片之间的间距要大,故作用到环状隆起部17的瞬间阻力是不同的,在自毁压座3受阻无法位移时,弹簧的回复力继续作用在安全护套5上端,在回复力的作用下,自毁压座3与安全护套5瞬间脱离,当自毁压座3与安全护套5完全脱离后,自毁压座3在非对称阻力的作用下,会瞬间向一侧倾斜,倾斜的原因是,由于弹性片的分布并不均匀,导致弹性片瞬间作用在环状隆起部17上的力不同,故环状隆起部17与弹性片11接触的瞬间弹性片扎入的角度和扎入的深度不同,故在弹性片回复力的作用下,整个自毁压座3会向一侧偏转斜向,使自毁压座偏离中心,安全护套再次下压时,自毁压座3上端会向上抵住安全护套下端,导致安全护套无法再次下压,彻底杜绝胰岛素针被二次使用,最终实现胰岛素针的安全自毁功能。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本实用新型所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本实用新型具体实施只局限于上述这些说明。对于本实用新型所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一次性使用安全自毁胰岛素针,它包括胰岛素针本体,其特征在于:所述胰岛素针本体内设有一针座(1),该针座整体呈圆筒状,该圆筒状的针座(1)内腔呈中空状,针座(1)的腔体内设有针管基板(9),该针管基板(9)将针座(1)的内腔分割成上部独立空间(12)和下部独立空间(13),下部独立空间(13)的内壁处分布有内螺纹(20),针管基板(9)上表面的中心位处设有一弹簧固定柱(10),该弹簧固定柱(10)的下段位于上述上部独立空间(12)内,针管基板(9)处设有一针管(7),该针管(7)贯穿针管基板(9),针管(7)的一端贯穿位于针管基板(9)中心位的弹簧固定柱(10)后向上延伸,针管(7)的另一端贯穿针管基板(9)后向下部独立空间(13)内延伸,针管(7)的两端均呈刺尖状,针管(7)上部独立空间(12)的内壁处分布有至少一片弹性片(11),弹性片(11)在针管(7)内腔的内壁处呈斜向设置,弹性片(11)的一端与针管(7)内腔的内壁连接,弹性片(11)的另一端悬空,该悬空端指向针管基板(9)上表面靠近中心位处,上述弹簧固定柱(10)外部套接有一弹簧(6),该弹簧(6)的一端向下抵住针管基板(9)上表面,弹簧(6)的另一端向上抵住安全护套(5),针座(1)的上端处套接有一安全卡座(4),安全卡座(4)的下端与针座(1)的上端相互套接,安全卡座(4)的上端处设有一安全护套(5),安全卡座(4)整体呈圆筒状,安全卡座(4)的内腔呈中空状,安全卡座(4)上端开口的内缘处形成环状限位部(14),安全护套(5)整体亦呈圆筒状,安全护套(5)的内腔呈中空状,安全护套(5)下端开口的外缘处形成与上述环状限位部(14)配合的环状限位凸起部(15),该环状限位凸起部(15)位于上述环状限位部(14)下方安全卡座(4)的腔体内,环状限位凸起部(15)的上端面可向下抵住环状限位部(14)的下端面,安全护套(5)下端开口的外缘与安全卡座(4)上端开口的内缘相互限位相互套接,弹簧(6)的外部套接有一自毁压座(3),自毁压座(3)整体呈圆筒状,自毁压座(3)的内腔呈中空状,自毁压座(3)上段部的外径小于自毁压座(3)下段部的外径,自毁压座(3)上段部和下段部之间形成环状限位台阶(16),自毁压座(3)下段部的外径大于安全护套(5)内腔的直径,自毁压座(3)上段部的外径小于或等于安全护套(5)内腔的直径,自毁压座(3)上段部位于安全护套(5)的腔体内,环状限位台阶(16)的端面向上抵住安全护套(5)下端的端面,自毁压座(3)下段部的外壁处形成与弹性片(11)配合的环状隆起部(17),该环状隆起部(17)与针管(7)之间的垂直距离大于弹性片(11)悬空端与针管(7)之间的垂直距离,上述安全护套(5)上端成封闭状,该封闭的端面处开设有圆孔(18),该圆孔(18)的直径小于弹簧(6)上端部的直径,弹簧(6)上端向上抵住安全护套(5)上端面的内表面,针座(1)下端的端面处覆有透析纸(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用安全自毁胰岛素针,其特征在于:所述胰岛素针本体外部设有一针座护帽(2),该针座护帽(2)的上端面为封闭状,针座护帽(2)的下端面为开口状,该针座护帽(2)依次将上述安全护套(5)和安全卡座(4)和针座(1)罩于其内腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用安全自毁胰岛素针,其特征在于:所述针管(7)内腔的内壁处分布有三片弹性片(11),三片弹性片(11)分布在同一水平面上,三片弹性片(11)之间呈非均匀分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一次性使用安全自毁胰岛素针,其特征在于:所述针管(7)内腔的内壁处分布有三片弹性片(11),相邻弹性片(11)的悬空端连线呈三角形,该三角形的一条边大于另外两条边。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用安全自毁胰岛素针,其特征在于:所述针座(1)与安全卡座(4)相互套接,针座(1)外壁与安全卡座(4)内腔的内壁紧密贴合,针座(1)外壁处设有凸起卡合部(19),安全卡座(4)内腔的内壁处设有与凸起卡合部相配合的凹陷部。
