图9的实施例包括与如上文所描述的针座和外套筒相互作用的内外护罩,并且还包括被动式非病人端部护罩96,该被动式非病人端部护罩当笔式针从笔本体移除时自动地覆盖住针套管的非病人端部。完全双护罩实施例的操作基本上如前述美国专利申请公开文献2011/0257603所描述,前述美国专利申请公开文献由于这个目的通过引用被并入本文中。
在注射期间,外护罩42压靠注射部位,使用者对药物笔施压以使得针套管进入病人的组织。内护罩44的远侧端部优选地处于针座柱16的远侧端部处或者接近针座柱16的远侧端部,虽然在针达到完全穿透深度之前在内护罩压靠病人组织时可以存在内护罩44的一些轻微的近向侧运动。在延伸的针座设计中,对皮肤的笔插入力集中到针座柱16的顶部上,该顶部具有相对小的表面区域。这与现有技术设计相比允许实现更深的套管穿透,在现有技术中外套筒接触在注射部位周围的区域并将插入力分布在由外套筒在注射部位周围形成的环中。
外护罩42上的棘爪部56在位于外套筒18的内表面上的凹槽中引导,使得外护罩42的初始近侧运动仅沿轴向方向,而没有转动。在棘爪部56越过外套筒18上的凹槽之后,随着内护罩42和外护罩44上的相应的锥形表面70、72在彼此上滑动,外护罩能够旋转。在锥形表面70与表面72脱离接合时,内护罩能够在弹簧98的偏压力下向远侧地运动以覆盖住针套管14的远侧端部。
在受弹簧偏压的内护罩运动以覆盖住针套管时,由内护罩44施加在皮肤上的作用力会低于现有技术笔式针组件中的作用力,这是因为内护罩可以位于外套筒18的远侧,从而更靠近针套管的远侧端部。因此,被动式护罩44行进更短的距离。对应地,需要在注射期间用以将护罩维持在针座柱处或下方的作用力更小。这些因素能够允许插入更靠近待实现的最佳深度。
在使用后状态中,内护罩44优选地突出穿过外护罩42的远侧端 部上的开口。内护罩44形成有狭窄部分和更宽的肩部部件,所述狭窄部分配合穿过所述开口,而所述更宽的肩部部分在使用后状态中接触外护罩。优选地,设有在使用后用来锁住内护罩44的装置,以便保证针套管不会被再次暴露。例如,可以在内护罩上设置与外套筒18上的凹陷部匹配的突起部。或者,内护罩44可以抵靠针座锁定。对于本领域技术人员来说,其它构造将是显然的。
笔式针可以在保护性外盖帽位于护罩组件远侧上的情况下加以运输,该外盖帽经过盈配合与外套筒匹配。柔性的可剥离覆盖件可以设在组件近侧上的开口上,以将保护性外盖帽、外套筒和针座密封在产品内并保持产品无菌。为了将笔式针组件安装在药物笔上,使用者从柔性保护性覆盖件从该开口剥离,暴露出针座上适于接纳笔的构件。当笔式针组件经螺纹连接到笔上时(或通过将针座固定到笔本体的闩锁件或其它机构而连接),可以将保护性外部覆盖件拿掉。
近侧端部护罩96同样可以以可释放的方式保持在初始位置中,并在使用之后通过从笔本体移除笔式针组件而锁定,如前述专利申请公开文献No.2011/0257603中所披露的一样。或者,可以在不偏离本实用新型范围的情况下使用被动式地遮护针套管近侧端部的一些其它机构。
对优选实施例的上述描述将不被认为限制本实用新型,本实用新型由所附权利要求限定。可以在不偏离本实用新型范围的情况下将一个实施例披露的特征组合在另一实施例中。

Claims (12)

1.一种笔式针组件,其特征在于,该笔式针组件包括:
针座,所述针座适于接纳药物笔本体,所述药物笔本体中有药物隔室;
固定至所述针座的针套管,所述针套管的远侧端部从所述针座的远侧端部延伸,并且所述针套管的近侧端部适于通向所述药物笔本体中的药物隔室;
第一被动式护罩,所述第一被动式护罩布置在所述针座上并包围所述针套管;
偏压构件,在注射之后,所述偏压构件将所述第一被动式护罩偏压到覆盖住所述针套管的远侧位置;
附接至所述针座的外套筒,所述外套筒的远侧端部包围所述第一被动式护罩和所述针座;
其中,所述针座的远侧端部位于所述外套筒的远侧端部的远侧,并且在针的远侧末端与所述针座的远侧端部之间的距离是针的有效穿透深度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,该笔式针组件还包括从所述第一被动式护罩径向向外且从所述外套筒径向向内的外护罩,所述外护罩覆盖住在使用之前处于初始状态中的所述针套管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,该笔式针组件还包括被动式近侧端部护罩和第二偏压构件,在注射之后,所述第二偏压构件偏压所述被动式近侧端部护罩以覆盖住所述针套管的近侧端部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,限定针的有效穿透深度的在针的远侧末端与所述针座的远侧端部之间的距离处于4mm到8mm的范围中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,限定针的有效穿透深度的在针的远侧末端与所述针座的远侧端部之间的距离是皮 内注射深度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,
所述针座包括本体部分和柱部分,其中所述柱部分比所述本体部分窄并且位于所述本体部分的远侧;
所述第一被动式护罩被接纳在所述针座上,使得所述第一被动式护罩上的突齿部接合所述针座上的突起部以防止所述第一被动式护罩转动;
所述笔式针组件还包括:
从所述第一被动式护罩径向向外的外护罩,所述外护罩具有用以将所述第一被动式护罩保持在初始位置中的保持构件,其中所述外护罩的向近侧运动从所述保持构件释放所述第一被动式护罩,使得所述第一被动式护罩在所述偏压构件的驱策下向远侧运动,从而覆盖住处于使用后位置中的所述针套管;和
被动式近侧端部护罩,在注射之后,所述被动式近侧端部护罩被第二偏压构件偏压以覆盖住所述针套管的近侧端部。
7.一种笔式针组件,其特征在于,该笔式针组件包括:
针座,所述针座适于接纳药物笔本体,所述药物笔本体中有药物隔室;
固定至所述针座的针,所述针的远侧端部从所述针座的远侧端部延伸,并且所述针的近侧端部适于通向所述药物笔本体中的药物隔室;
所述针座上的内护罩,所述内护罩包围所述针,使得在初始位置中所述针的远侧端部从所述内护罩突出;
弹簧,所述弹簧沿远侧方向偏压所述内护罩;
外护罩,所述外护罩包围所述内护罩并对抗所述弹簧的偏压以可释放的方式将所述内护罩保持在所述初始位置中;和
套筒,所述套筒包围所述外护罩;
其中,所述针座的远侧端部位于所述外套筒的远侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,所述针的远侧末端与所述针座的远侧端部之间的距离是所述针的有效穿透深度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,所述针的有效穿透深度是4mm到8mm。
10.根据权利要求7所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,所述有效穿透深度是皮内注射深度。
11.根据权利要求7所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,所述针座具有本体部分和柱部分,所述柱部分位于所述本体部分的远侧,其中所述柱部分向远侧延伸超过所述外套筒,并且其中所述本体部分没有向远侧延伸超过所述外套筒。
12.根据权利要求7所述的笔式针组件,其特征在于,该笔式针组件还包括第二弹簧和被动式近侧端部护罩,其中在注射之后,所述第二弹簧将所述近侧端部护罩偏压在所述针套管的近侧端部上。
