Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种通孔安装螺母，包括六角部和圆柱部，所述的六角部与所述的圆柱部之间设置有一个螺纹孔，所述的圆柱部上开有两个槽，所述的槽的两边各有一个凸起的侧边，所述的侧边的上表面上各设置有一个凸点；其优点在于：两个侧边在受到螺栓的挤压，或锺子敲击后，会向两边弯曲，不用焊接也能扣在钣金的螺丝孔的两边。

本实用新型涉及一种紧固件，具体是一种通孔安装螺母。
背景技术
汽车上的零件很多都需要打橡胶，这样可以减少噪音，特别是减震有关的零件。
这些零件上很多都会焊接上螺母，方便在其上安装其它的零件，钣金一般比较薄，多数也只一二个毫米，上打一个通孔，再把螺母放入孔中，再在其周边进行点焊，这样才可以固定。
点焊后，钣金上的螺丝孔的周边因受热变形，不会平整，影响美观。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术不足，提供一种不用焊接也能扣在钣金上的通孔安装螺母。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决：一种通孔安装螺母，包括六角部和圆柱部，所述的六角部与所述的圆柱部中间设置有一个螺纹孔，所述的圆柱部上开有两个槽，所述的槽的两边各有一个凸起的侧边，所述的侧边的上表面上各设置有一个凸点。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下有益效果：两个侧边在受到螺栓的挤压，或锺子敲击后，会向两边弯曲，不用焊接也能扣在钣金的螺丝孔的两边。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述：参见图1到图3所示，图中标注如下：六角部1、圆柱部2、螺纹孔3、槽4、侧边5、凸点6、钣金件7、螺栓8。
一种通孔安装螺母，包括六角部1和圆柱部2，六角部1与圆柱部2之间设置有一个螺纹孔3，圆柱部2上开有两个槽4，槽4的两边各有一个凸起的侧边5，这两个侧边伸出钣金件7的，如果受到螺栓8挤压或受到击打后，会向两边弯曲，扣在钣金件上，这样不就焊接直接打橡胶也可以，侧边5的上表面上各设置有一个凸点6，击打时，锤子不会打滑。

1.一种通孔安装螺母，包括六角部（1）和圆柱部（2），所述的六角部（1）与所述的圆柱部（2）之间设置有一个螺纹孔（3），其特征在于：所述的圆柱部（2）上开有两个槽（4），所述的槽（4）的两边各有一个凸起的侧边（5），所述的侧边（5）的上表面上各设置有一个凸点（6）。
