背景技术
压花辊适用于塑料片材、薄膜、铝箔、皮革、硬质板、壁纸、地砖、玻璃、纸类等凹凸花纹压制，提高产品表面美感、加强防伪、保护商标等效果。并可根据客户要求研制不同花样的压花辊。现有压花辊普遍为整体式，花纹不可随意替换，长时间使用后花纹磨损只能连着辊体一起更换，比较浪费材料。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足，本实用新型提供了一种压花辊。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种压花辊，该压花辊包括辊体，所述辊体外设有辊套，辊套上有花纹，辊体左右两侧面外缘均布四个固定销，固定销上设有旋转块。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括所述辊体和辊套之间设有硅胶密封圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是，结构简单，更换方便，避免了整体更换的麻烦，有效降低成本，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种压花辊，包括辊体1，所述辊体1外设有辊套2，辊套2上有花纹，辊体1左右两侧面外缘均布四个固定销3，固定销3上设有旋转块4，所述辊体1和辊套2之间设有硅胶密封圈5。
当长时间使用后花纹出现磨损，或是根据生产需求要换花纹时，可以将辊套2取下更换个别的花样的辊套2，硅胶密封圈5增强了辊体1和辊套2的密合性，拨动旋转块4，从四个方位固定住辊套2，防止辊套2偏移滑落。
改进后的压花辊结构简单，更换方便，避免了整体更换的麻烦，有效降低成本，提高生产效率。

1. 一种压花辊，包括辊体（1），其特征是，所述辊体（1）外设有辊套（2），辊套（2）上有花纹，辊体（1）左右两侧面外缘均布四个固定销（3），固定销（3）上设有旋转块（4）。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的压花辊，其特征是，所述辊体（1）和辊套（2）之间设有硅胶密封圈（5）。
