背景技术
活塞阀门大多应用于污水、原水系统中。现有活塞阀门中的活塞是采用铸钢材料制作成的一个整体件，这种采用铸钢制作的活塞在使用过程中，其工作面易生锈、易腐蚀、易结垢，清洗维护困难。当活塞生锈、腐蚀、结垢严重，造成阀门功能失效时，需整体更换活塞，由此造成运行维护成本的提高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述不足而提供一种不生锈，不易腐蚀结垢，清洗简单，且运行维护成本低的耐腐蚀阀门活塞。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种耐腐蚀阀门活塞，包括活塞体和活塞尖，其特征在于：在活塞体的进水口设置有圆形凸止口，活塞尖的内孔套在活塞体的圆形凸止口上，在活塞体和活塞尖之间设置密封垫圈，螺栓穿过活塞尖和密封垫圈，将活塞尖与活塞体紧固、密封连接为一体。
所述的活塞尖采用不锈钢材料制作。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：
1、使用寿命长。本实用新型在活塞体的进水口设置圆形凸止口，活塞尖的内孔套在活塞体的圆形凸止口上，由于活塞尖采用不锈钢制作，因此不生锈，不易腐蚀结垢，清洁维护方便，从而大大提高了阀门的使用寿命。
2、运行维护成本低。当阀门关闭部位失效需要更换时，只需要更换活塞尖，而不需要更换活塞的主体零件活塞体，大大降低了阀门运行维护成本。

如图1和图2所示，一种耐腐蚀阀门活塞，包括活塞体1和活塞尖2。在活塞体1的进水口设置有圆形凸止口，活塞尖2的内孔套在活塞体1圆形凸止口上，在活塞体1与活塞尖2之间设置有密封垫圈3，螺栓4穿过活塞尖2和密封垫圈3，通过螺母5将活塞尖2与活塞体1紧固、密封锁紧连接为一体。
活塞体1采用铸钢材料制作，活塞尖2采用不锈钢材料制作。

1.一种耐腐蚀阀门活塞，包括活塞体（1）和活塞尖（2），其特征在于：在活塞体（1）的进水口设置有圆形凸止口，活塞尖（2）的内孔套在活塞体（1）的圆形凸止口上，在活塞体（1）与活塞尖（2）之间设置密封垫圈（4），螺栓（3）穿过活塞尖（2）和密封垫圈（4），通过螺母（5）将活塞尖（2）与活塞体（1）紧固、密封连接为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀阀门活塞，其特征在于所述的活塞尖（2）采用不锈钢材料制作。
