Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种输送带清扫装置，包括清扫器包括活动杆、夹板、支架，其特征在于清扫器（1）上的若干个孔一（2）与支架（3）上的若干个孔二（4）之间通过若干个活动杆（10）上的孔三（5）、孔四（6）用销轴进行铰接，清扫器（1）包括外夹板（7）、内夹板（8）、支撑杆（9）组成，外夹板（7）、内夹板（8）均为两块板成一定角度焊接而成，外夹板（7）、内夹板（8）中间夹着皮带条（11）并用螺栓连接，若干个支撑杆（9）固定在内夹板（8）内测，支撑杆（9）上有孔一（2）。清扫时，由于皮带机运转，清扫器（1）通过自重和活动杆（10）的限制，可以是皮带条（11）与输送带紧密接触，达到清扫的作用。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种清扫装置，具体地是指一种在输送带粘料时，减少和避免物料附着皮带滚筒壁且易拆装、低维护费用的输送带清扫装置。
背景技术
目前在冶金等行业中输送带上安装清扫器是用于清扫输送带上粘附的物料。常用系列清扫器分为头部清扫器和空段清扫器两种，头部清扫器重锤刮板式结构，装在卸料滚筒上方的机架上，用于清扫输送带承载面上的粘料。空段清扫器，用于清除非工作面上黏附的物料，防止物料进入尾部滚筒或垂直拉紧装置的拉紧滚筒里，一般焊在这两种滚筒前方的中间架上，并调节好吊链的长度。常用系列清扫器刮板材质是聚氨酯材质或其它硬质合金刮板，其代价高且刮板磨损严重后不易拆装，在实际操作使用中极不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，旨在提供一种输送带清扫装置。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的，一种输送带清扫装置，包括清扫器包括活动杆、夹板、支架，其特征在于清扫器（1）上的若干个孔一（2）与支架（3）上的若干个孔二（4）之间通过若干个活动杆（10）上的孔三（5）、孔四（6）用销轴进行铰接，清扫器（1）包括外夹板（7）、内夹板（8）、支撑杆（9）组成，外夹板（7）、内夹板（8）均为两块板成一定角度焊接而成，外夹板（7）、内夹板（8）中间夹着皮带条（11）并用螺栓连接，若干个支撑杆（9）固定在内夹板（8）内测，支撑杆（9）上有孔一（2）。

具体实施方式
参照图1-3，清扫时，由于皮带机运转，清扫器（1）通过自重和活动杆（10）的限制，可以是皮带条（11）与输送带紧密接触，达到清扫的作用。
本发明在输送带上的使用，不仅能有效减少和避免物料附着皮带滚筒壁而且结构简单，维护操作方便，使用经济，是值得推广的一种输送带清扫装置。

1.一种输送带清扫装置，包括清扫器，包括活动杆、夹板、支架，其特征在于清扫器（1）上的若干个孔一（2）与支架（3）上的若干个孔二（4）之间通过若干个活动杆（10）上的孔三（5）、孔四（6）用销轴进行铰接，清扫器（1）包括外夹板（7）、内夹板（8）、支撑杆（9）组成，外夹板（7）、内夹板（8）均为两块板成一定角度焊接而成，外夹板（7）、内夹板（8）中间夹着皮带条（11）并用螺栓连接，若干个支撑杆（9）固定在内夹板（8）内测，支撑杆（9）上有孔一（2）。
