近年来,世界上商品化X光机大都是以单独高压电阻分压取样电路获得取样电压,用X射线机高压测量和高压电源取样,此取样电路取得的电压波形不稳定,动态响应差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:设计一种用于X光机的高压电压取样装置,能保持取样电压的动态响应和波形的一致性、平稳性。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:其结构由正高压电阻、负高压电阻、正高压取样电阻、负高压取样电阻、正高压电容、负高压电容、正高压取样电容、负高压取样电容组成,其特征在于:正高压电压和负高压电压通过正高压电阻和负高压电阻与正高压取样电阻和负高压取样电阻分压,得到正取样电压和负取样电压,正高压电流和负高压电流通过正高压电容和负高压电容对正高压取样电容和负高压取样电容充电,通过正高压电阻和负高压电阻放电,在正高压取样电容和负高压取样电容上得到高压取样波形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:能保持电压的动态响应和波形的一致性、平稳性。

参照附图,本装置由其结构由正高压电阻(1)、负高压电阻(2)、正高压取样电阻(3)、负高压取样电阻(4)、正高压电容(5)、负高压电容(6)、正高压取样电容(7)、负高压取样电容(8)组成,其特征在于:正高压电压和负高压电压通过正高压电阻和负高压电阻与正高压取样电阻和负高压取样电阻分压,得到正取样电压和负取样电压,正高压电流和负高压电流通过正高压电容和负高压电容对正高压取样电容和负高压取样电容充电,通过正高压电阻和负高压电阻放电,在正高压取样电容和负高压取样电容上得到高压取样波形。
具体实施例:可分别采用2只100兆欧高压电阻串联作为正高压电阻和负高压电阻,分别采用2只27千欧取样电阻并联作为正高压取样电阻和负高压取样电阻,分别采用16只500皮法高压电容串联作为正高压电容和负高压电容,分别采用4只0.1微法和2只0.033微法取样电容并联作为正高压取样电容和负高压取样电容,高压电阻和取样电阻分压让高压电压与取样电压幅度比值与电阻比值相等,高压电容和取样电容充放电,保持电压的动态响应和波形的一致性、平稳性。

1.一种用于X光机的高压电压取样装置,其结构由正高压电阻(1)、负高压电阻(2)、正高压取样电阻(3)、负高压取样电阻(4)、正高压电容(5)、负高压电容(6)、正高压取样电容(7)、负高压取样电容(8)组成,其特征在于:正高压电压和负高压电压通过正高压电阻(1)和负高压电阻(2)与正高压取样电阻(3)和负高压取样电阻分压(4),得到正取样电压和负取样电压,正高压电流和负高压电流通过正高压电容(5)和负高压电容(6)对正高压取样电容(7)和负高压取样电容(8)充电,通过正高压电阻(1)和负高压电阻(2)放电,在正高压取样电容(7)和负高压取样电容(8)上得到高压取样波形。
