Abstract
袖带式限压静脉止血带利用长200—300mm、宽30—50mm的密封袋缚于四肢，用手动气球充气使浅表静脉充盈。限压阀限制密封袋压力不大于70mmHg。按钮式泄气阀完成密封袋的迅速减压。本实用新型可使静脉充盈操作变得绝对可靠、方便和有效。
Description
静脉止血带是一种医疗用品。用于人体医疗时的静脉穿刺术。用它结扎四肢浅表静脉的近心端，压迫静脉使远心端浅表静脉充盈，以利于静脉穿刺。医疗上目前常用的止血带都是一根橡胶管。在四肢上结扎这根橡胶管的技术看来简单，能否扎的松紧合适、完全取决于使用者的经验。因为要达到压迫静脉，而不压迫动脉，压力必须适当。过松过紧都会影响穿刺成功率。另外，松紧的程度也受病人体质和胖瘦情况的影响。总之橡胶管作止血带是不方便、不完善的。
本实用新型提供了一种可靠方便的静脉止血带。可使静脉充盈操作变的极易掌握，稳定可靠。
本实用新型的工作原理和基本结构如下：用一根宽涂胶布制成的密封带取代原来的橡胶管，这只袖带长300－400mm、宽30－50mm，端部装有一根橡胶软管，袖带的背面粘有编织式丝勾套，另一端粘有一块编织式丝勾。橡胶软管经过一只三用阀和一只橡胶气球相联接。使用时，将袖带绕在病人的上（下）肢需要止血的位置，根据病人体形尺寸可以方便地调节编织丝勾和丝勾套勾结的位置。然后，按动气球向密封袖带中压入空气，使密封袖带充气，产生压力以压迫浅表静脉。当袖带里的气压达到70mmHg时，三用阀自动限压使压力不超过这个人体动脉收缩压的最低限度，不致使动脉受压关闭。这时，静脉远心端就会由于动脉供来的血流源源流入，而静脉回流受阻而充盈，使得静脉穿刺变得很容易，当穿刺成功后，术者一按三用阀的泄荷开关就立刻使袖带的气压泄掉。
上面提到的三用阀有以下三个作用：1.当按动气球向袖带充气时，它是一只单向阀，使气流仅向袖带中流动。2.当袖带中压力达到70mmHg后自动限压，它是一只限压阀。3.当穿刺成功后需要立即将气压泄掉时，它是一只泄荷阀。
