背景技术
刹车片也叫刹车皮。在汽车的刹车系统中,刹车片是最关键的安全零件，所有刹车效果的好坏都是刹车片起决定性作用，所以说好的刹车片是人和汽车的保护神。刹车片一般由钢板、粘接隔热层和摩擦块构成，其中隔热层是由不传热的材料组成，目的是隔热。摩擦块由摩擦材料、粘合剂组成，刹车时被挤压在刹车盘或刹车鼓上产生摩擦，从而达到车辆减速刹车的目的，由于刹车片关乎到人身安全，因此在生产制造时必须严格按照标准，刹车片生产的通常都是采用流水作业，当从生产到成型基本上都是一气呵成，生产成型后会通过传送带将其输送至收纳箱中，但是这种收纳方式经常会发生由于传送带运行速度较快，刹车片无法整齐的落入收纳盒中，所以必须将收纳盒中的刹车片重新整理包装，影响了工作效率。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单、生产效率高的汽车刹车片的缓冲装置。

一种汽车刹车片的缓冲装置，其特征在于：包括支架腿，所述的支架腿上设置一转盘，在所述的转盘边缘设置挡板，挡板上设置螺孔，转盘上通过螺丝与挡板上的螺孔固定一环形挡条，在挡板上设置一出料口，转盘底部设置一轴承，轴承连接一电机转动轴。
所述的出料口与转盘连接处还设置一挡条。
所述的出料口向顺时针倾斜设置在转盘上。
所述螺孔设置为条形孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，输送平稳，方便刹车片整齐有序输送，易于打包，增加工作效率。

如图1和图2所示，一种汽车刹车片的缓冲装置，包括支架腿1，支架腿1上设置一转盘2，在转盘2边缘设置挡板3，挡板3上设置螺孔4，转盘2上通过螺丝41与挡板3上的螺孔4固定一环形挡条5，在挡板3上设置一出料口6，转盘2底部设置一轴承7，轴承7连接一电机8转动轴，转盘2在电机8的带动下顺时针旋转，刹车片会缓慢有出料口6输出，整齐方便。
出料口6与转盘2连接处还设置一挡条9，避免刹车片卡在环形挡条5与挡板3之间。
出料口6向顺时针倾斜设置在转盘2上，更加方便刹车片输出。
螺孔4设置为条形孔，可以根据需要设置环形挡条5的距离，适应更多规格的刹车片。
