一种锅炉节能装置,由炉体、排烟道、空气换热器组成,所述炉体内设有燃烧室,燃烧室的一侧设有排烟道,排烟道上部与燃烧室联通,排烟道底部与排烟管联通,排烟管设有引风机,所述排烟道中间设有空气换热器,所述空气换热器进气端通过风机管与鼓风机连接,所述空气换热器出气端通过热风出口管与燃烧室联通。有益效果:设计简单,效果显著,即在锅炉排烟道内增加一个空气换热器,利用排烟道内排出的150-180℃高温废气,预热鼓风机吹入锅炉的冷空气的温度,能使冷空气预热到120℃以上的高温,提高了煤炭燃烧性,同时减轻引风机负载,减少耗电量。

背景技术
燃煤锅炉在冬季生产期间室外温度一般在10℃以下,特别是深冬季节室外温度更是低于0℃,鼓风机吹入锅炉的冷空气由于温度太低,会降低炉膛温度,影响煤的燃烧,热量损耗增大,增加了燃料成本;而锅炉烟道排出的烟尘温度高达150-180℃,没有加以利用而白白排走,进一步增加了燃料的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种能加热鼓风机吹入炉膛冷空气温度的锅炉节能装置,
本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 一种锅炉节能装置,由炉体、排烟道、空气换热器组成,所述炉体内设有燃烧室,燃烧室的一侧设有排烟道,排烟道上部与燃烧室联通,排烟道底部与排烟管联通,排烟管设有引风机,所述排烟道中间设有空气换热器,所述空气换热器进气端通过风机管与鼓风机连接,所述空气换热器出气端通过热风出口管与燃烧室联通。
本实用新型有益效果:设计简单,效果显著,即在锅炉排烟道内增加一个空气换热器,利用排烟道内排出的150-180℃高温废气,预热鼓风机吹入锅炉的冷空气的温度,能使冷空气预热到120℃以上的高温,提高了煤炭燃烧性,同时减轻引风机负载,减少耗电量。

如图所示的一种锅炉节能装置,由炉体1、排烟道3、空气换热器5组成,所述炉体1内设有燃烧室2,燃烧室2的一侧设有排烟道3,排烟道3上部与燃烧室2联通,排烟道3底部与排烟管8联通,排烟管8设有引风机9,排烟道3中间设有空气换热器5,空气换热器5进气端通过风机管4与鼓风机6连接,空气换热器5出气端通过热风出口管7与燃烧室2联通。
