Abstract
高效排种器属农业机械，播种机中的一个部件，主要由棘轮、清种毛刷轮、排种轮构成，在原排种器清种毛刷轮上方增加一个棘轮，将原清种毛刷轮下移，增大了排种轮上方种子的包角，使种子进入排种轮窝眼里的机会增多，提高了排种轮的充种效果，减少了漏播率，提高了作业速度。

背景技术
国内的播种机很多使用垂直窝眼轮式排种器，它的缺点是：清种毛刷轮都是在距排种轮顶点30°以内，排种轮上方种子的包角小，排种轮对种子的充填率低，排种轮快转时有断种现象。若增大排种轮上方种子的包角，清种毛刷轮必须下移，但是清种毛刷轮距排种轮顶点越远，排种轮快转时带动种子向清种毛刷轮去的越多，对清种毛刷轮压力越大，造成清种毛刷轮不能正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在原清种毛刷轮上方增加一个棘轮，它的旋转方向和清种毛刷轮相同，(根据垄上需要的苗眼行数可制成一个或多个排种轮的这种排种器)，排种轮快转时带动种子向清种毛刷轮流动，棘轮可使其中一部份种子逆向运动，减少向清种毛刷轮流动的种子，种子对清种毛刷轮的压力小了，现在把清种毛刷轮移到距排种轮顶点100°，清种毛刷轮仍可正常工作，排种轮上方种子包围角度增大了，种子进入排种轮窝眼的机会多了，提高了排种轮对种子的充填率，作业速度也可提高。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于在原清种毛刷轮上方安装一个棘轮，清种毛刷轮可下移，增大了排种轮上方种子的包角，提高了排种轮对种子的充填率，减少了排种器的断种现象，又可提高作业速度。

具体实施方式
清种毛刷轮轴8转动时，通过清种毛刷轮轴链轮9、链条7、带动棘轮轴链轮5、棘轮轴6、棘轮1、排种轮轴链轮(未示出)、排种轮轴4、排种轮3转动，排种轮3快转时，带动种子向清种毛刷轮2流动，棘轮1能使一部份种子逆向流动、减少向清种毛刷轮2去的种子，清种毛刷轮2可下移，增大了排种轮3上方种子的包角，种子进入排种轮3窝眼的机会多了，排种轮3的种子充填率提高了，减少了排种器的断种现象，作业速度也可提高。

1.高效排种器主要由棘轮(1)、清种毛刷轮(2)、排种轮(3)构成，其特征是：在原清种毛刷轮(2)上方增加一个棘轮(1)。
