如图1所示，一种液压龙门架自动弯管机，它包括底座1、液压转盘2、卡盘3、转轴4、固定夹5，所述底座1上设置有液压转盘2，液压转盘2中间有转轴4，液压转盘2一侧还设置有卡盘3，在底座1旁边设置有固定夹5。
需要对龙门架进行弯管加工时，将U形钢穿过卡盘中间的空隙，另一端由固定夹夹住，然后启动底座上的液压转盘，液压转盘带动转轴和卡盘转动，从而将龙门架折弯。
