技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种节能建筑,特别涉及到一种用于节能建筑的光伏光热组件。
背景技术
太阳能光伏发电由于电力的能级品位最高,清洁、源源不断等优势成为我国乃至全世界绿色能源的发展方向,目前影响后制约太阳能光伏产业发展的重要因素是光伏发电的效率低和成本高,传统观念上,提高太阳能光伏发电效率往往只关注在半导体材料的改进上,而实际上,太阳能的发电效率严重依赖其温度条件,一般太阳能电池板的光电转换效率为6%-15%,未被利用的太阳辐射除了一部分被反射外其余大部分被电池吸收并转换为热能,如果这些热能能够有效利用将具有显著的节能效果。

本实用新型根据上述技术问题,提供一种用于节能建筑的光伏光热组件,一方面通过太阳能电池板进行光伏发电,另一方面将太阳能电池板的热能进行吸收利用,节能效果显著。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种用于节能建筑的光伏光热组件,主要由太阳能电池板和平板热管组成,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板设置在平板热管的上方,所述太阳能电池板上设置正电极和负电极,所述平板热管由外壳、集热管、集热水槽、进水管和出水管组成,所述集热管设置在外壳的内部,所述集热管的冷凝端设置在集热水槽中,所述集热管的蒸发端与太阳能电池板接触。
所述集热水槽周围设置保温层,集热水槽和集热管之间通过导热硅胶连接。
所述进水管设置在外壳左侧与集热水槽连接,所述出水管设置在外壳右侧与集热水槽连接。
本技术的优点在于:充分利用太阳能,将太阳能电池板产生的热能进行有效的利用,为节能建筑提供电能和热能,节约资源。

如图所示,一种用于节能建筑的光伏光热组件,主要由太阳能电池板1和平板热管组成,所述太阳能电池板1设置在平板热管的上方,所述太阳能电池板1上设置正电极2和负电极3,所述平板热管由外壳8、集热管4、集热水槽5、进水管6和出水管7组成,所述集热管4设置在外壳8的内部,所述集热管4的冷凝端设置在集热水槽5中,所述集热管4的蒸发端与太阳能电池板1背面接触。
所述集热水槽5周围设置保温层,集热水槽5和集热管4之间通过导热硅胶连接。所述进水管6设置在外壳8左侧与集热水槽5连接,所述出水管7设置在外壳8右侧与集热水槽5连接。
光伏光热组件阵列在太阳光照的条件下,太阳能电池板将光能转化为电能通过正电极和负电极引出,光伏光热组件中的平板热管吸收太阳能电池板的热量,通过集热管将热量传递到集热水槽中,为集热水槽中的水进行加热,通过进水管为集热水槽提供冷水,通过出水管将加热后的热水输送出去进行利用。充分利用太阳能,将太阳能电池板产生的热能进行有效的利用,为节能建筑提供电能和热能,节约资源。

1.一种用于节能建筑的光伏光热组件,主要由太阳能电池板和平板热管组成,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板设置在平板热管的上方,所述太阳能电池板上设置正电极和负电极,所述平板热管由外壳、集热管、集热水槽、进水管和出水管组成,所述集热管设置在外壳的内部,所述集热管的冷凝端设置在集热水槽中,所述集热管的蒸发端与太阳能电池板接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于节能建筑的光伏光热组件,其特征在于:所述集热水槽周围设置保温层,集热水槽和集热管之间通过导热硅胶连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于节能建筑的光伏光热组件,其特征在于:所述进水管设置在外壳左侧与集热水槽连接,所述出水管设置在外壳右侧与集热水槽连接。
