本实用新型涉及一种钳具，尤其是涉及一种安装弹簧卡箍的钳子。
背景技术
汽车领域，为满足于不同类型软管如曲轴通风软管、真空助力软管等连接紧箍的需要，常用到一种弹簧卡箍。如慕贝尔弹簧卡箍，选用合金弹簧钢材质，中间是一个箍圈，箍圈延伸出两个耳朵，卡箍外层还有环保防腐蚀涂层。现有方法主要是靠人工用钳子的齿口夹紧卡箍两个耳朵后进行装配，但是普通的钳子夹紧这个卡箍容易滑脱。如中国专利授权公告号：CN201342634，授权公告日2009年11月11日的专利文件中，公开了一种鲤鱼钳，包括左钳体、右钳体，左、右钳体钳头通过圆柱销交叉铰接，左、右钳体前端为钳头，后端为钳柄；所述的钳头前端设有浅齿平钳口，在钳头中部设有剥线钳口和钢丝钳口，在钳头后端设有鲤鱼钳口；在所述的左、右钳柄后部端各设有凹槽，在左钳柄凹槽内设有锯齿刀，左钳柄凹槽内设有一字形罗批，左钳柄在凹槽内设有锉刀。本实用新型集各种工具集于一身、且结构简单、制造成本低，适用于机械和安装维修及家庭日常生活使用。但是此类鲤鱼钳在安装弹簧卡箍时，只依靠钳头的浅齿，不足以牢固固定弹簧卡箍，弹簧卡箍的两个耳朵受弹簧回复力影响，容易滑脱。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服安装弹簧卡箍时，普通钳子夹紧卡箍容易滑脱的不足，提供了一种防滑脱的安装弹簧卡箍的钳子。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
本实用新型的一种安装弹簧卡箍的钳子，包括相互铰接的两钳体，两钳体在铰接轴的一侧为咬合的两钳头，两钳体在铰接轴的另一侧延伸形成两手柄，两钳头头部设有匹配弹簧卡箍耳朵形状的缺口，两手柄间设有保持手柄间距离的限位装置。在钳子的钳头部位设置缺口，使用钳子夹紧弹簧卡箍时，使得卡箍的两个耳朵卡在缺口中，防止受力时滑脱。然后，两手柄间设置保持手柄间距离的限位装置，使得遇到问题无法快速安装时，工人不需要持续握紧，使用限位装置保持钳子夹紧状态，一方面缓减工人长期用力握紧，手部酸痛的情况；另一方面，减少人为的脱力，松开钳子使得弹簧卡箍飞脱的情况。
作为优选，两钳头部位包裹有一层硅胶垫。避免夹紧时弹簧卡箍涂层刮伤。
作为优选，所述限位装置包括链子和限位钩板，链子和限位钩板分别连接在两手柄上，链子首尾相连成圆形，限位钩板包括一连接板，连接板一端连接手柄，连接板另一端向另一手柄方向延伸，连接板上设有若干个挂钩。不同的弹簧卡箍的大小不同，弹性力不同，夹紧时手柄间距离长短不一，多挂钩可以满足不同距离的固定限位功能。
作为优选，铰接轴上设有扭簧，扭簧的两端分别连接在两钳体上。扭簧对两钳头施加使其张开的推力。工作间隙，自动分离两钳头，方便工人使用，不用在使用前先打开两钳头。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：（1）用钳子夹紧弹簧卡箍时，使得卡箍的两耳朵卡在钳子钳头的缺口内，防止滑脱；（2）用链子钩住限位钩板，固定夹紧状态，不需要工人持续握紧，浪费力气。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
如图1、图2所示的实施例中，一种安装弹簧卡箍的钳子，包括相互铰接的两钳体1，两钳体1在铰接轴2的一侧为咬合的两钳头3，两钳体1在铰接轴2的另一侧延伸形成两手柄4。两钳头2头部设有匹配弹簧卡箍耳朵形状的缺口5，两钳头2部位包裹有一层硅胶垫。两手柄4间设有保持手柄4间距离的限位装置。限位装置包括链子6和限位钩板，链子6和限位钩板分别连接在两手柄4上，链子6首尾相连成圆形，限位钩板包括一连接板7，连接板7一端连接手柄4，连接板7另一端向另一手柄4方向延伸，连接板7上设有若干个挂钩8。如图3所示，铰接轴2上设有扭簧9，扭簧9的两端分别连接在两钳体1上。
使用时，钳子在扭簧9对两钳头2施加使其张开的推力作用下，钳头3处于张开状态，将弹簧卡箍的耳朵卡在缺口5中，夹紧钳子，保持弹簧卡箍扩张状态，然后将弹簧卡箍套在曲轴通风软管上，松开钳子，安装好弹簧卡箍。如果装配时遇到问题，无法快速安装，用链子6钩住适合距离的挂钩8，保持弹簧卡箍扩张状态待用。问题解决后，松开链子6，安装弹簧卡箍。

1.一种安装弹簧卡箍的钳子，包括相互铰接的两钳体（1），两钳体（1）在铰接轴（2）的一侧为咬合的两钳头（3），两钳体（1）在铰接轴（2）的另一侧延伸形成两手柄（4），其特征在于，两钳头（2）头部设有匹配弹簧卡箍耳朵形状的缺口（5），两手柄（4）间设有保持手柄（4）间距离的限位装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安装弹簧卡箍的钳子，其特征在于，两钳头（2）部位包裹有一层硅胶垫。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种安装弹簧卡箍的钳子，其特征在于，限位装置包括链子（6）和限位钩板，链子（6）和限位钩板分别连接在两手柄（4）上，链子（6）首尾相连成圆形，限位钩板包括一连接板（7），连接板（7）一端连接手柄（4），连接板（7）另一端向另一手柄（4）方向延伸，连接板（7）上设有若干个挂钩（8）。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种安装弹簧卡箍的钳子，其特征在于，铰接轴（2）上设有扭簧（9），扭簧（9）的两端分别连接在两钳体（1）上。
