众所周知,球阀是一种较常用的阀门,球阀在管道上主要作切断、节流、分配和改变介质流动方向用,具有开关快速的优点。球阀一般包括壳体、阀杆、阀座和阀瓣,所述的阀瓣设为球体,所述的阀杆与阀瓣传动连接,所述的壳体包括阀体、阀体支管和阀杆套管,所述的阀杆与阀杆套管轴向固定连接、径向活动连接,在所述的阀杆与阀杆套管之间设有密封件。现有技术的球阀的阀体、阀体支管和阀杆套管采用普通焊接或螺纹连接,存在连接强度不够的缺点,另外,现有技术的球阀在开关时,阀座与阀瓣发生摩擦,阀座和阀瓣均容易发生磨损而使球阀失效,存在密封性能差和使用寿命短的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种强度和密封性能好、使用寿命长的激光焊接一体式球阀。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:激光焊接一体式球阀,包括壳体、阀杆、阀座和阀瓣,所述的阀瓣设为球体,所述的阀杆与阀瓣传动连接,所述的壳体包括阀体、阀体支管和阀杆套管,所述的阀杆与阀杆套管轴向固定连接、径向活动连接,在所述的阀杆与阀杆套管之间设有密封件,所述的阀体、阀体支管和阀杆套管通过激光焊接成为一个整体结构;所述的阀座设置在阀体支管的阀座孔中,所述的阀座与阀体支管的阀座孔轴向活动连接、径向固定连接;在阀体支管的阀座孔中还设有弹性补偿装置,所述的弹性补偿装置的弹性力使阀座始终与阀瓣紧密配合。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:由于本实用新型的阀体、阀体支管和阀杆套管通过激光焊接成为一个整体结构,通过激光焊接的纯化作用和高的冷却速度,确保了壳体焊缝的致密性和连接强度。因而具有强度、韧性和综合性能高的优点。另外,本实用新型在阀体支管的阀座孔中设有弹性补偿装置,弹性补偿装置的弹性力使阀座始终与阀瓣紧密配合,当阀座和阀瓣之间发生磨损时,具有消除密封间隙的补偿作用,因而还具有密封性能好、使用寿命长的优点。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
如图1所示,激光焊接一体式球阀,包括壳体1、阀杆2、阀座3和阀瓣4,所述的阀瓣4设为球体,本实施例的阀瓣4由不锈钢经精加工研磨制成,具有优良的密封性能及耐蚀性;所述的阀杆2与阀瓣4传动连接,所述的壳体1包括阀体5、阀体支管6和阀杆套管7,所述的阀杆2与阀杆套管7轴向固定连接、径向活动连接,在所述的阀杆2与阀杆套管7之间设有密封件8,所述的阀体5、阀体支管6和阀杆套管7通过激光焊接成为一个整体结构;本实施例的壳体1采用无缝钢管压制成型后再焊接而成。所述的阀座3设置在阀体支管6的阀座孔9中,所述的阀座3与阀体支管6的阀座孔9轴向活动连接、径向固定连接;在阀体支管6的阀座孔9中还设有弹性补偿装置10,所述的弹性补偿装置10的弹性力使阀座3始终与阀瓣4紧密配合。
所述的弹性补偿装置10包括支撑圈11和碟形弹簧12,所述的支撑圈11与阀座3固定连接,所述的碟形弹簧12的一端与支撑圈11接触,所述的碟形弹簧12的另一端与阀体支管6的阀座孔9的底面接触。
所述的阀座3由增强聚四氟乙烯制成,进一步提高了本实用新型的温度适应范围和密封性能。

1.激光焊接一体式球阀,包括壳体、阀杆、阀座和阀瓣,所述的阀瓣设为球体,所述的阀杆与阀瓣传动连接,所述的壳体包括阀体、阀体支管和阀杆套管,所述的阀杆与阀杆套管轴向固定连接、径向活动连接,在所述的阀杆与阀杆套管之间设有密封件,其特征是:所述的阀体、阀体支管和阀杆套管通过激光焊接成为一个整体结构;所述的阀座设置在阀体支管的阀座孔中,所述的阀座与阀体支管的阀座孔轴向活动连接、径向固定连接;在阀体支管的阀座孔中还设有弹性补偿装置,所述的弹性补偿装置的弹性力使阀座始终与阀瓣紧密配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光焊接一体式球阀,其特征是:所述的弹性补偿装置包括支撑圈和碟形弹簧,所述的支撑圈与阀座固定连接,所述的碟形弹簧的一端与支撑圈接触,所述的碟形弹簧的另一端与阀体支管的阀座孔的底面接触。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的激光焊接一体式球阀,其特征是:所述的阀座由增强聚四氟乙烯制成。
