Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种用于滚动转子式压缩机的吸气增压结构,即本结构包括压缩机吸气口、储液器和L形吸气弯管,所示L形吸气弯管两端分别连接所述压缩机吸气口和储液器,所述L形吸气弯管连接所述压缩机吸气口的直管段设有缩径段。本结构无需增加压缩机吸气管长度,增加压缩机的吸气流量,有效提高压缩机制冷量及容积效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于滚动转子式压缩机的吸气增压结构。
背景技术
针对滚动转子式压缩机,经研究表明压缩机吸气增压能较大幅度提升压缩机的制冷量及容积效率。目前国内外吸气增压技术主要集中于研究压缩机吸气管的长度上。合适长度的吸气管,其内部气柱可以产生共振增压现象,用于提高压缩机的进气量,从而提高压缩机的容积效率以及制冷能力。经流体力学计算和实际试验验证,在制热工况和冷房中间工况下,针对滚动转子式压缩机,其吸气管长度分别增加44mm或69mm,冷量分别上升2.20%或2.29%,表明制冷能力提升效果明显。
如图1所示,通常压缩机1运转一周,气流由储液器2入口进入,经过L形吸气弯管3进入压缩机汽缸,完成吸气。目前传统的L形吸气弯管3入口段是一段管径均匀的直管段。但是通过调整吸气管长度实现吸气增压技术,吸气管长度普遍需要加长较多,受现有储液器和压缩机结构限制,难以投入实际应用,影响了压缩机的制冷量及容积效率的提高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于滚动转子式压缩机的吸气增压结构,本结构无需增加压缩机吸气管长度,增加压缩机的吸气流量,有效提高压缩机制冷量及容积效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型用于滚动转子式压缩机的吸气增压结构包括压缩机吸气口、储液器和L形吸气弯管,所示L形吸气弯管两端分别连接所述压缩机吸气口和储液器,所述L形吸气弯管连接所述压缩机吸气口的直管段设有缩径段。    
由于本实用新型用于滚动转子式压缩机的吸气增压结构采用了上述技术方案,即本结构包括压缩机吸气口、储液器和L形吸气弯管,所示L形吸气弯管两端分别连接所述压缩机吸气口和储液器,所述L形吸气弯管连接所述压缩机吸气口的直管段设有缩径段。本结构无需增加压缩机吸气管长度,增加压缩机的吸气流量,有效提高压缩机制冷量及容积效率。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型用于滚动转子式压缩机的吸气增压结构包括压缩机1吸气口、储液器2和L形吸气弯管3,所示L形吸气弯管3两端分别连接所述压缩机1吸气口和储液器2,所述L形吸气弯管3连接所述压缩机1吸气口的直管段设有缩径段31。
本结构在连接压缩机与储液器的L形吸气弯管直管段设置缩径段,可以形成共振增压现象,增加压缩机的吸气流量,提高压缩机容积效率及制热能效比COP为1-3%,从而无需增加吸气管长度,克服了储液器和压缩机结构的制约,将压缩机的吸气增压技术应用于滚动转子式压缩机中,有效提高压缩机制冷量及容积效率。
针对某一型号压缩机采用更换储液器方法在标准工况下,采用传统L形吸气弯管时,其制冷量为2365.8、COP为2.79;采用本吸气增压结构后,压缩机制冷量为2431.2、COP为2.8245;由此可见,压缩机制冷量提升了2.76%,COP提升了1.24%。
针对某一型号压缩机采用更换可拆卸式储液器方法在暖房工况下,采用传统L形吸气弯管时,其制冷量为2624.7、COP为2.66;采用本吸气增压结构后,压缩机制冷量为2703、COP为2.73;由此可见,压缩机制冷量提升了2.98%,COP提升了2.63%。

1.一种用于滚动转子式压缩机的吸气增压结构,包括压缩机吸气口、储液器和L形吸气弯管,所示L形吸气弯管两端分别连接所述压缩机吸气口和储液器,其特征在于:所述L形吸气弯管连接所述压缩机吸气口的直管段设有缩径段。
