现如今，机加工产品要求越来越精密，加工时主要依靠刀片，刀杆与加工设备的配合来达到要求，但基本上，刀片固定在刀杆上都是依靠一颗螺丝，而且刀杆材质都为白钢，耐磨性差，易变形，在设备上高速使用时，经常会出现松动与颤抖的现象，经常需要停机坚固，浪费时间，严重时，造成加工产品精度偏差大，产品报废。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种精密加工刀杆，该刀杆在于克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述技术目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种精密加工刀杆，其特征是，它包括刀杆本体，刀片安装区，内六角螺丝；所述刀片安装区在刀杆本体的一侧，刀杆本体为钨钢材质制作，形状为长方形，内六角螺丝安装在刀片安装区内，数量为两颗。
所述刀片安装区精密度一致。
所述内六角螺丝材质为钨钢材质制作。

一种精密加工刀杆，如图1，图2所示，它包括刀杆本体1，刀片安装区2，内六角螺丝3；所述刀片安装区2在刀杆本体1的一侧，内六角螺丝3安装在刀片安装区2内，即形成精密加工刀杆。
具体操作如下：首先拧下两颗内六角螺丝3，将刀片安装在刀片安装区2上，并拧紧两颗六角螺丝3，坚固住刀片，而后将安装好刀片的刀杆本体1安装到设备上，开启设备，即可，由于刀杆本体1与内六角螺丝3都采用钨钢制作，刀杆本体1与内六角螺丝3的硬度，耐磨性更高，相对来说使用寿命更长。
本实用新型中，作为变行实施例，刀片安装区可以自由设计。故本实用新型的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。
