现如今,机加工产品要求越来越精密,加工时主要依靠刀片,刀杆与加工设备的配合来达到要求,但基本上,刀片固定在刀杆上都是依靠一颗螺丝,而且刀杆材质都为白钢,耐磨性差,易变形,在设备上高速使用时,经常会出现松动与颤抖的现象,经常需要停机坚固,浪费时间,严重时,造成加工产品精度偏差大,产品报废。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种精密加工刀杆,该刀杆在于克服现有技术的不足。 
为了实现上述技术目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种精密加工刀杆,其特征是,它包括刀杆本体,刀片安装区,内六角螺丝;所述刀片安装区在刀杆本体的一侧,刀杆本体为钨钢材质制作,形状为长方形,内六角螺丝安装在刀片安装区内,数量为两颗。 
所述刀片安装区精密度一致。 
所述内六角螺丝材质为钨钢材质制作。

具体操作如下:首先拧下两颗内六角螺丝3,将刀片安装在刀片安装区2上,并拧紧两颗六角螺丝3,坚固住刀片,而后将安装好刀片的刀杆本体1安装到设备上,开启设备,即可,由于刀杆本体1与内六角螺丝3都采用钨钢制作,刀杆本体1与内六角螺丝3的硬度,耐磨性更高,相对来说使用寿命更长。 
本实用新型中,作为变行实施例,刀片安装区可以自由设计。故本实用新型的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。
