技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承,尤其是涉及一种密封式向心关节轴承,属于工程元件技术领域。
背景技术
现有轨道交通中使用的密封式向心关节轴承,以往的密封形式是用树脂粘结剂把密封罩与轴承外圈端面粘结在一起。在列车运行过程中,轴承受到频繁的振动和冲击,轴承外圈会相对轴承内圈进行摆动,密封罩亦跟着进行伸缩。树脂结合剂在受到水汽、高温的环境下,受到高速剧烈振动时、极易发生密封罩松动、脱落引起杂质进入轴承内部,破坏润滑材料,使得轴承失效。因此现有密封式向心关节轴承已经不能满足其工况要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种密封式向心关节轴承,该轴承能够能承受频繁振动和冲击,且密封效果好,轴承使用寿命长。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种密封式向心关节轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、自润滑材料,轴承内圈设置在轴承外圈内,自润滑材料设置在轴承内圈、轴承外圈的接触面上,轴承内圈的两端端面均设有内圈密封槽,轴承外圈的两端端面均设有外圈密封槽,轴承外圈、轴承内圈的两端端面均设有密封罩,密封罩两端的唇口分别设置在内圈密封槽和外圈密封槽内,且为过盈配合。
本实用新型通过设置在内圈密封槽和外圈密封槽内的密封罩进行轴承密封,唇口和内圈密封槽、外圈密封槽为过盈配合,有效阻止灰尘水等异物进入,并能有效防止密封罩在工作中掉落,从而达到轴承的密封效果,延长了轴承使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括轴承外圈1、轴承内圈4、自润滑材料2,轴承内圈4设置在轴承外圈1内,自润滑材料2设置在轴承内圈4、轴承外圈1的接触面上,轴承内圈4的两端端面均设有内圈密封槽41,轴承外圈1的两端端面均设有外圈密封槽11,轴承外圈1、轴承内圈4的两端端面均设有密封罩3,密封罩3两端的唇口31分别设置在内圈密封槽41和外圈密封槽11内,且为过盈配合。
除上述实施例外,本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。

1.一种密封式向心关节轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、自润滑材料,所述轴承内圈设置在轴承外圈内,所述自润滑材料设置在轴承内圈、轴承外圈的接触面上,所述轴承内圈的两端端面均设有内圈密封槽,所述轴承外圈的两端端面均设有外圈密封槽,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈、轴承内圈的两端端面均设有密封罩,所述密封罩两端的唇口分别设置在内圈密封槽和外圈密封槽内,且为过盈配合。
