Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固定装置，特别涉及一种用于固定电子设备线材的固定装置。
背景技术
现有电子产品内通常设置喇叭等带有线材的电子元件。喇叭中线材的固定要求比较严格，以免在震动过程会带动线材一起震动而影响音效。然而，现有喇叭中线材通常采用点胶的方式固定于电子设备的壳体上，但胶水可能会四处流动，以致影响了固定的效果。
实用新型内容
鉴于此，有必要提供一种用于防止胶水四处流动的固定装置。
还有必要提供一种带有该固定装置的电子设备。
该固定装置，用于固定电子设备内的线材。该电子设备包括壳体，该固定装置凸出于壳体表面且与壳体共同包围形成收容空间。该线材穿设于该收容空间内。当向收容空间内点胶固定线材时，收容空间收容胶水以限制胶水的流动。
优选地，该固定装置为中空圆柱形，且收容空间沿固定装置轴线方向延伸。
优选地，该固定装置远离壳体的一端设置有卡设槽，该线材以过盈配合的方式预先穿设于卡设槽内并固定于固定装置上。
优选地，该卡设槽由固定装置远离壳体的一端向靠近壳体的方向延伸，且与壳体之间保持一定距离。
优选地，该卡设槽远离壳体的一端设置有开口，该线材通过该开口夹持于固定装置上。
该电子设备包括壳体及固定于壳体上的线材。该固定装置凸出于壳体表面并形成有收容空间，该线材穿设于该收容空间内。当向收容空间内点胶固定线材时，收容空间收容胶水以限制胶水的流动。
优选地，该固定装置为中空圆柱形，且收容空间沿固定装置轴线方向延伸。
优选地，该固定装置远离壳体的一端设置有卡设槽，该线材以过盈配合的方式预先穿设于卡设槽内并固定于固定装置上。
优选地，该卡设槽由固定装置远离壳体的一端向靠近壳体的方向延伸，且与壳体之间保持一定距离。
优选地，该卡设槽远离壳体的一端设置有开口，该线材通过该开口夹持于固定装置上。
本实用新型中通过向由固定装置围设形成的收容空间内点胶的方式，以防止胶水四处流动从而更好的将线材固定于壳体上。

具体实施方式
请参看图1，电子设备100包括壳体10、线材30以及用以将线材30固定于壳体10上的固定装置50。在本实施例中，电子设备100为光碟播放器。线材30为电子设备100内如喇叭等电子元件（图未示）的线缆。在其它一些实施例中，电子设备100可为电脑、手机等电子设备。
固定装置50大体呈中空圆柱形，其设置于壳体10上。固定装置50凸出于壳体10的内表面。固定装置50开设有沿其轴线方向延伸的收容空间521。固定装置50远离壳体10的一端开设有两个大致呈U形的卡设槽54。两个卡设槽54间隔地设置于固定装置50相对的两端且与收容空间521相连通。在本实施例中，两个卡设槽54相对固定装置50的轴线对称设置。每个卡设槽54由固定装置50远离壳体10的一端向靠近壳体10的方向内凹形成。每个卡设槽54包括靠近壳体10的底壁541及连接于底壁541两端的侧壁543。底壁541与壳体10之间保持一定距离。两个侧壁543平行设置且二者之间的距离稍小于线材30的尺寸，以使线材30能够过盈收容于卡设槽54中。两个侧壁543远离壳体10的一端间隔形成有开口545，以供线材30卡入卡设槽54。在其它实施例中，卡设槽54的位置及形状均可根据需求而定。
请一并参看图2，在固定线材30时，线材30通过两个开口545沿平行于壳体10的方向穿过收容空间521，并通过过盈配合的方式预先固定于两个卡设槽54内。然后，再通过向收容空间521内点胶的方式将线材30固定于由固定装置50包围的壳体10上。由于卡设槽54与壳体10之间保持一定距离，因此卡设槽54与壳体10之间固定装置50将胶水包围并限制胶水四处流动，从而使线材30通过胶水稳定的固定于壳体10上。
本实用新型中，线材30通过设置于固定装置50上的卡设槽54以及被包围于固定装置50内的胶水双重固定，从而牢固的固定于壳体10上。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到，以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本实用新型，而并非用作为对本实用新型的限定，只要在本实用新型的实质精神范围之内，对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本实用新型要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种固定装置，用于将线材固定至电子设备壳体，其特征在于：该固定装置凸出于壳体表面并形成有收容空间，该线材穿设于该收容空间内；当向收容空间内点胶固定线材时，收容空间收容胶水以限制胶水的流动。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于：该固定装置为中空圆柱形，且收容空间沿固定装置轴线方向延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的固定装置，其特征在于：该固定装置远离壳体的一端设置有与收容空间连通的卡设槽，该线材以过盈配合的方式预先穿设于卡设槽内并固定于固定装置上。
4.如权利要求3所述的固定装置，其特征在于：该卡设槽由固定装置远离壳体的一端向靠近壳体的方向延伸，且与壳体之间保持一定距离。
5.如权利要求3所述的固定装置，其特征在于：该卡设槽远离壳体的一端设置有开口，该线材通过该开口夹持于固定装置上。
6.一种电子设备，其包括壳体及固定于壳体上的线材，其特征在于：该固定装置凸出于壳体表面并形成有收容空间，该线材穿设于该收容空间内；当向收容空间内点胶固定线材时，收容空间收容胶水以限制胶水的流动。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子设备，其特征在于：该固定装置为中空圆柱形，且收容空间沿固定装置轴线方向延伸。
8.如权利要求6所述的电子设备，其特征在于：该固定装置远离壳体的一端设置有卡设槽，该线材以过盈配合的方式预先穿设于卡设槽内并固定于固定装置上。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子设备，其特征在于：该卡设槽由固定装置远离壳体的一端向靠近壳体的方向延伸，且与壳体之间保持一定距离。
10.如权利要求8所述的电子设备，其特征在于：该卡设槽远离壳体的一端设置有开口，该线材通过该开口夹持于固定装置上。
