Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种保温箱，属于保温设备领域，包括箱体和箱盖，且箱体和箱盖之间通过锁扣固定连接，所述箱体由箱体内壁和箱体外壁中空组合而成，所述的箱盖由箱盖内壁和箱盖外壁组合而成，所述的箱盖上设置有一凹槽，在凹槽内设置有箱盖把手，所述的箱底上设置有垫块。通过其多层的空间箱壁结构，有效的防止了其箱体内的温度和外接温度对流所才生的对流，来保证了保温箱的保温效果，同时，其箱底的垫块设计避免了其和底面的直接接触而导致的污染。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种保温箱，属于保温设备领域，主要是用于保温运输和携带的规格在20-30L的保温箱。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高，社会的进步发展，人们的生活节奏越来越快，近几年来，外卖送餐服务已经渐渐兴起，其便捷性深受广大消费者的欢迎。举例来说，麦当劳、肯德基等快餐巨头皆已开展外送业务，而一些饭馆饭店也早已兴起了外卖送餐业务。为了满足上述商家及消费者的需要，出现了一些用于保温的外卖包及保温箱，而保温箱由于是箱体结构，其稳固性佳，携带方便，在保温用品中属于比较高档的产品。保温箱包含用于容置货物的箱体，由于保温箱均是由具有保温功能的材质制成，例如保温泡沫等，在制作过程中，需要开模，而小型保温箱所需模具也较小，生产成本可以满足消费者的需要，但是其体积较小，无法盛送较多的物品。而大型保温箱，虽然盛送物品较多，但是所需开模成本非常高昂，使得大型保温箱的价格远远高于小型保温箱，因此实用性不强。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了实现上述目的是提供一种储存量大、保温效果好且结构简单的保温箱，其技术方案如下：
一种保温箱，包括箱体和箱盖，且箱体和箱盖之间通过锁扣固定连接，所述箱体由箱体内壁和箱体外壁中空组合而成，所述的箱盖由箱盖内壁和箱盖外壁组合而成，所述的箱盖上设置有一凹槽，在凹槽内设置有箱盖把手，所述的箱体底部上设置有垫块，且箱体和箱盖的厚度比值为9-12。
上述中，所述的箱体内壁和箱体外壁通过箱体支柱固定连接，所述的箱体内壁和箱体外壁通过箱盖支柱固定连接。
上述中，所述的垫块为四个，别分别置于箱体底部的四个角。
上述中，所述的箱体在底部和箱体侧壁之间的边缘处设置有多条凹槽。
上述中，所述箱体两侧各设置有箱耳，所述的箱耳上设置有通孔。
本实用新型具有的有益效果：通过其多层的空间箱壁结构，有效的防止了其箱体内的温度和外接温度对流所才生的对流，来保证了保温箱的保温效果，同时，其箱底的垫块设计避免了其和底面的直接接触而导致的污染。

为使对本实用新型的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解与认识，用以较佳的实施例及附图配合详细的说明，说明如下：
参考图1和图2，一种保温箱，包括箱体100和箱盖200，且箱体100和箱盖200之间通过锁扣300固定连接，所述箱体100由箱体内壁和箱体外壁中空组合而成，所述的箱盖200由箱盖内壁和箱盖外壁组合而成，所述的箱盖200上设置有一凹槽201，在凹槽201内设置有箱盖把手，这样就能有效的隐藏箱盖把手，所述箱体100的底部上设置有垫块102，且箱体100和箱盖200的厚度比值为9-12。箱盖200和箱体100通过其中空结构来减少了保温箱内的热量对流，来达到了保温效果，且其锁紧机构，使其携带方便，且牢固性好。
上述中，所述的箱体100内壁和箱体外壁通过箱体支柱固定连接，所述的箱盖内壁和箱盖外壁通过箱盖支柱固定连接。其连接结构稳定，可以延长保温 箱的使用寿命。
上述中，所述的垫块102为四个，别分别置于箱体底部的四个角。通过垫块102使保温箱和地面不直接接触，使其更卫生。
上述中，所述的箱体100在底部和箱体侧壁之间的边缘处设置有多条凹槽。101

1.一种保温箱，包括箱体和箱盖，且箱体和箱盖之间通过锁扣固定连接，其特征在于，所述箱体由箱体内壁和箱体外壁中空组合而成，所述的箱盖由箱盖内壁和箱盖外壁组合而成，所述的箱盖上设置有一凹槽，在凹槽内设置有箱盖把手，所述的箱体底部上设置有垫块，且箱体和箱盖的厚度比值为9-12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温箱，其特征在于，所述的箱体内壁和箱体外壁通过箱体支柱固定连接，所述的箱盖内壁和箱盖外壁通过箱盖支柱固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温箱，其特征在于，所述的垫块为四个，别分别置于箱体底部的四个角。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温箱，其特征在于，所述的箱体在底部和箱体侧壁之间的边缘处设置有多条凹槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种保温箱，其特征在于，所述箱体两侧各设置有箱耳，所述的箱耳上设置有通孔。
