背景技术
LED作为一种光源,具有节能、环保、寿命长、可维修等优点,所以它代表了照明行业的发展方向。现有的管型LED日光灯,通常是把带有LED灯珠的条状铝基板固定在设有梯形凹槽的铝合金底座的底部,这样,铝基板与铝合金底座的接触面积小不利于散热,使LED日光灯过早的产生光衰,寿命缩短。另外,这种LED日光灯的灯珠,在条状铝基板上采用两两相对的平行排列,加上灯罩以后容易产生光斑,亮度不均匀,光效不好。 
发明内容
 本实用新型的目的就是克服现有技术不足,提供一种光效好,散热效果好又结构简单易于生产的改进型LED日光灯。 
一种改进型LED日光灯,包括固定LED灯珠的铝基板、灯罩、铝合金底座、铝合金灯壳,在铝合金底座上设有矩形凹槽,将铝基板用导热硅胶固定在凹槽底部、铝合金底座和铝合金灯壳为一体。 
LED灯珠在铝基板上呈品字形排列,矩形槽的深度略高于铝基板厚度,略低于铝基板上灯珠的高度。这样可以大幅提高光效,克服了现有LED日光灯亮度不均匀的缺陷。

具体实施方式:一种改进型LED日光灯,把LED灯珠焊接在加宽的经过布线的铝基板2上,LED灯珠采用品字形排列。LED日光灯封堵8和灯管通过螺孔5用螺钉固定。铝合金外壳6和铝合金底座7为一体,铝合金底座7设有矩形凹槽4,加宽的铝基板2用导热硅胶固定在矩形凹槽4的底部。这样,由于铝基板2与铝合金底座7的接触面积加大,能大幅提高散热效果,减缓光衰速度,延长LED日光灯使用寿命。由于矩形凹槽4的深度略高于铝基板2的厚度又略低于在铝基板2上LED灯珠1的高度,且LED灯珠1采用品字形排列,这样,有力的提高了led日光灯的光效,并使其亮度均匀。LED驱动电源直接放置在铝合金外壳内,使电源的热量均匀散热。

1.一种改进型LED日光灯,包括固定LED灯珠的铝基板、灯罩、铝合金底座、铝合金灯壳,其特征在于在铝合金底座上设有矩形凹槽,将铝基板用导热硅胶固定在凹槽底部、铝合金底座和铝合金灯壳为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型LED日光灯,其特征在于,LED灯珠在铝基板上呈品字形排列,矩形槽的深度略高于铝基板厚度,略低于铝基板上灯珠的高度。
