本实用新型涉及一种用作烹调器皿的压力锅。
目前市场上销售的压力锅均是平底的压力锅,其制造材料是铝,此种压力锅价格较高,由于平底,传热效率一般。且大量的铝不断的从食物进入人体,对健康亦会带来潜在的不良影响。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种材料来源广、价格较低,且对人体健康无潜在不良影响,且其传热效率也较好的压力锅。
本实实新型的任务是以如下方式完成的:将压力锅锅体底部由平底改为呈向内凹形底,锅体、锅盖材料是铸铁的或钢的或铝的。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明:本压力锅同目前的压力锅一样,由锅体、锅盖、安全塞、易熔片、橡胶圈和手柄构成,其锅体(1)底部为呈向内凹形底。锅盖、锅体均用球墨铸铁制造,球墨铸铁有较高的强度、有良好的韧性,可以满足压力锅的要求。当锅盖、锅体用球墨铸铁浇注成型后,按要求经过820℃~860℃低温正火,然后再进行机械加工并抛光,外表层镀铬,以增加美感和增强耐腐蚀、抗氧化性能。
铸铁压力锅具有如下特点:由于采用凹形锅底,增大了传热接触面积,有良好的传热效率,且因用铸铁材料,其来源广、价格低,铁对人体健康无害,特别适宜于用作家用的压力锅。

1、一种压力锅,它由锅体、锅盖、安全塞、阀盖、易熔片、橡胶圈和手柄组成,其特征是锅体(1)底部呈向内凹形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的压力锅,其特征是锅体(1)和锅盖(2)材料是铸铁的或钢的或铝的。
