本实用新型公开了防牵拉型气囊导尿管,包括导管(1)、气囊(2)、主进出水口(3)、次进出水口(4)、注水口(5)和注水阀(6),导管(1)的底端贯通式连接主进出水口(3)、次进出水口(4)和注水口(5),注水口(5)内安装注水阀(6),导管(1)的顶端开出水孔(7),气囊(2)套接在导管(1)的顶端并内包裹注水孔(7),导管(1)内置一根牵引线(8),牵引线(8)的一端固定在导管(1)顶部的内壁上,牵引线(8)的另一端穿入注水阀(6)固定在活塞上挡板(11)上,牵引线(8)在导管(1)内留2-15cm的安全牵拉范围。本实用新型结构简单,成本低廉,不仅用于常规保留导尿,而且能有效的保护尿道,避免意外损伤。

防牵拉型气囊导尿管
技术领域
本实用新型涉及气囊导尿管,特别是涉及一种防牵拉型气囊导尿管。
背景技术
目前,医疗界在对需要保留导尿的患者导尿时,通常使用的是双腔或三腔气囊导尿管。保留导尿后,由于部分患者对气囊导尿管的认识不足,会有意或无意中牵拉乃至拔出气囊导尿管,以致导尿管未破损的气囊损伤尿道,严重者可导致尿道断裂,给患者带来痛苦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种防牵拉型气囊导尿管,该导尿管不仅能用于常规保留导尿,而且能在部分患者有意或无意中牵拉气囊导尿管时,在一定的范围内允许导尿管被牵拉,如果牵拉的幅度超出了规定的安全范围后,导尿管将会自动排空气囊内的气或水,从而避免气囊对尿道造成的损伤。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该气囊导尿管包括导管、气囊、主进出水口、次进出水口、注水口和注水阀,导管的底端贯通式连接主进出水口、次进出水口和注水口,注水口内安装注水阀,导管的顶端开出水孔,气囊套接在导管的顶端并内包裹注水孔,其特征是:导管内置一根牵引线,牵引线的一端固定在导管顶部的内壁上,牵引线的另一端穿入注水阀固定在活塞上挡板上,牵引线在导管内留2-15cm的安全牵拉范围。
其中,另一技术方案是:导管内置一根牵引线,牵引线的一端引出出水孔在气囊的下方做一线圈固定在导管外壁上,牵引线的另一端穿入注水阀经弹簧固定在活塞上挡板上,牵引线在导管内留2-15cm的安全牵拉范围。
当气囊内注入气或水后,导管有2-15cm的安全牵拉范围;当导管受牵拉长度大于15cm,并继续受到牵拉时,由于牵引线没有弹性,致使牵引线处于绷直状态后,牵引线将提拉活塞上挡板,进而打开注水阀的活塞,使得气囊内的气或水通过注水阀流出,气囊缩小,导管安全拔出,保护尿道。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单,成本低廉,不仅能用于常规保留导尿,而且能有效的保护尿道,避免意外损伤。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该气囊导尿管包括导管1、气囊2、主进出水口3、次进出水口4、注水口5和注水阀6,导管1的底端贯通式连接主进出水口3、次进出水口4和注水口5,注水口5内安装注水阀6,导管1的顶端开出水孔7,气囊2套接在导管1的顶端并内包裹注水孔7,其特征是:导管1内置一根牵引线8,牵引线8的一端固定在导管1顶部的内壁上,牵引线8的另一端穿入注水阀6固定在活塞上挡板11上,牵引线8在导管1内留2-15cm的安全牵拉范围。
如图2所示,另一技术方案是:导管1内置一根牵引线8,牵引线8的一端引出出水孔7在气囊2的下方做一线圈9固定在导管1外壁上,牵引线8的另一端穿入注水阀6经弹簧10固定在活塞上挡板11上,牵引线8在导管内留2-15cm的安全牵拉范围。
如图3-5所示,向注水阀6内注入水或气,气囊2膨大,起到固定导管1的作用;当外力牵拉导管1后,在2-15cm范围内,牵引线8仍保持松弛状态;当超过15cm范围时,牵引线8绷紧,继续牵拉导管1,牵引线8将提拉活塞上挡板11,使活塞上挡板11、活塞橡胶垫片12、活塞下挡板13上移,水或气排出注水阀6,气囊2缩小直至空虚,导管1即可拔出;如终止牵拉,向注水阀6内重新注入水或气,气囊2膨大仍可起到固定导管1的作用。

1.防牵拉型气囊导尿管,该气囊导尿管包括导管(1)、气囊(2)、主进出水口(3)、次进出水口(4)、注水口(5)和注水阀(6),导管(1)的底端贯通式连接主进出水口(3)、次进出水口(4)和注水口(5),注水口(5)内安装注水阀(6),导管(1)的顶端开出水孔(7),气囊(2)套接在导管(1)的顶端并内包裹注水孔(7),其特征是:导管(1)内置一根牵引线(8),牵引线(8)的一端固定在导管(1)顶部的内壁上,牵引线(8)的另一端穿入注水阀(6)固定在活塞上挡板(11)上,牵引线(8)在导管(1)内留2-15cm的安全牵拉范围。
