本实用新型涉及一种密集型绝缘母线槽。
背景技术
母排（bus line）指用高导电率的铜（铜排）、铝质材料制成的，用以传输电能，具有汇集和分配电力的产品，是电站或变电站输送电能用的总导线，通过它，把发电机、变压器或整流器输出的电能输送给各个用户或其他变电所。
母线槽一般包括母排防护壳和设置于该母排防护壳内的若干母排，该等母排之间需要进行绝缘。母排绝缘通常将绝缘带缠绕于母排上或将绝缘套管套于母排上或者向母排防护壳内的母排间隙内注射绝缘材料的方式完成母排的绝缘。
然而，上述通过绝缘带缠绕于母排上或将绝缘套管套于母排上或者向母排防护壳内的母排间隙内注射绝缘材料的绝缘方式，需要缠绕或套入或注射的工艺步骤，工艺复杂，操作不便，费时费力，生产成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工艺简单、组装方便、能够降低生产成本的密集型绝缘母线槽。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供密集型绝缘母线槽，包括若干母排导体、若干绝缘板、若干绝缘盖板和金属防护壳，所述绝缘板、母排导体依序间隔排布，所述相邻两绝缘板之间均排布有所述母排导体，排布后的若干绝缘板、母排导体末端分别盖设有所述绝缘盖板，若干绝缘板、母排导体、绝缘盖板外设有所述金属防护壳。
优选地，所述金属防护壳由两对金属盖板和一对金属夹持板组成，该两对金属盖板分别盖设于所述绝缘盖板外，该对金属夹持板夹持固定于所述金属盖板两端。
优选地，所述绝缘板为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘板。
优选地，所述绝缘盖板为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘盖板。
本实用新型密集型绝缘母线槽的绝缘板、母排导体依序间隔排布这种结构方式，可以在工厂预先生产若干相同规格的绝缘板、若干相同规格的母排导体、若干相同规格的绝缘盖板，然后将绝缘板、母排导体、绝缘盖板在使用地完成组装，与现有技术相比，减少了工艺步骤，工艺简单，组装方便，降低了生产成本。

绝缘板20呈板状，优选陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘板，当然，也可为其它材质的绝缘板。
绝缘盖板30呈板状，优选陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘板，当然，也可为其它材质的绝缘盖板。
绝缘板20、母排导体10依序间隔排布，相邻两绝缘板20之间均排布有母排导体10，排布后的若干绝缘板20、母排导体10末端分别盖设有绝缘盖板30，若干绝缘板20、母排导体10、绝缘盖板30外设有金属防护壳40。
在本实施例中，金属防护壳40由两对金属盖板41和一对金属夹持板42组成，该两对金属盖板41分别盖设于绝缘盖板30外，该对金属夹持板42夹持固定于金属盖板41两端。其夹持固定方式包括在金属夹持板42开设固定螺孔421和在金属盖板41上开设有固持螺孔411，然后通过螺钉50穿入固定螺孔421和固持螺孔411上而将该对金属夹持板42夹持固定于金属盖板41两端。当然，该对金属夹持板42夹持固定于金属盖板41两端的方式还可以为扣持的方式等。
本实用新型密集型绝缘母线槽的生产方法如下：
（1）批量生产若干相同规格的绝缘板20、若干相同规格的母排导体10、若干相同规格的绝缘盖板30和若干相同规格的金属盖板41；
（2）对绝缘板20、母排导体10进行排布：先排一个绝缘板20，然后将一母排导体10紧邻该绝缘板20排布，再将另一个绝缘板20紧邻母排导体10排布，依次类排，使绝缘板20、母排导体10依序间隔排布，相邻两绝缘板20之间均排布有母排导体10。
优选地，在绝缘板20、母排导体10排布前，先排布一个绝缘盖板30，绝缘板20、母排导体10在该绝缘盖板30上排布，然后将三个绝缘盖板30分别盖设于排布后的绝缘板20、母排导体10的其它自由端；再将两对金属盖板41分别盖设于绝缘盖板30外，将一对金属夹持板42夹持固定于金属盖板41两端。
本实用新型密集型绝缘母线槽的绝缘板20、母排导体10依序间隔排布这种结构方式，可以在工厂预先生产若干相同规格的绝缘板20、若干相同规格的母排导体10、若干相同规格的绝缘盖板30，然后将绝缘板20、母排导体10、绝缘盖板30在使用地完成组装，与现有技术相比，减少了工艺步骤，工艺简单，组装方便，降低了生产成本。
同样，金属防护壳40由两对金属盖板41和一对金属夹持板42组成，亦可在工厂预先生产出来，在实施地完成组装即可，方便快捷。

1.一种密集型绝缘母线槽，其特征在于：包括若干母排导体、若干绝缘板、若干绝缘盖板和金属防护壳，所述绝缘板、母排导体依序间隔排布，所述相邻两绝缘板之间均排布有所述母排导体，排布后的若干绝缘板、母排导体末端分别盖设有所述绝缘盖板，若干绝缘板、母排导体、绝缘盖板外设有所述金属防护壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密集型绝缘母线槽，其特征在于：所述金属防护壳由两对金属盖板和一对金属夹持板组成，该两对金属盖板分别盖设于所述绝缘盖板外，该对金属夹持板夹持固定于所述金属盖板两端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密集型绝缘母线槽，其特征在于：所述绝缘板为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的密集型绝缘母线槽，其特征在于：所述绝缘盖板为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘盖板。
