本实用新型涉及单轨小车，尤其涉及一种单轨小车的锁紧装置。
背景技术
传统的二组四轮单轨小车的技术方案，使得大载荷的单轨小车组横向(轨道方向)尺寸增加，但其纵深尺寸变小，由八只车轮承受载荷，使轨道受力得以分散，局部应力小，对轨道强度和宽度要求大为降低，可以选用普通的工字钢作为轨道，降低了轨道成本，用户可以根据实际承载情况，选用单挂梁的组合单轨小车或超强设计的双挂梁组合单轨小车。但是，单轨小车在运动空间内作业，由于单轨小车没有和轨道相对固定，被吊物体无法放置于理想位置。
发明内容
针对现有的单轨小车的缺点，本实用新型提供了一种新型的单轨小车的锁紧装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采取的措施：
一种单轨小车的锁紧装置，包括弹簧销本体，弹簧销本体包括销杆、弹簧和套筒，弹簧销本体通过套筒安装于小车本体的中部通孔上，销杆长度可根据轨道的宽度进行调整的销杆与轨道上的定位孔连接，销杆靠近拉手一侧设有与套筒上的凹槽相配合的定位销。
弹簧销本体对称安装在小车本体两侧，或安装于小车本体一侧。
本实用新型的有益效果：实现小车与轨道定位，稳固可靠，操作方便。

具体实施方式
一种单轨小车的锁紧装置，包括弹簧销本体7，弹簧销本体7包括销杆15、弹簧18和套筒13，弹簧销本体7通过套筒13安装于小车本体的中部通孔上，销杆15与轨道上的定位孔连接，可根据需要将小车停在指定位置；销杆15靠近拉手11一侧设有与套筒13上的凹槽相配合的定位销19，小车需要运行时，向外拉动拉手11，将定位销19卡进套筒13的凹槽，实现脱离定位。弹簧销本体7可对称安装在小车本体两侧，也可安装于小车本体一侧，销杆15长度可根据轨道的宽度进行调整。本实用新型的有益效果：实现小车与轨道定位，稳固可靠，操作方便。

1.一种单轨小车的锁紧装置，包括弹簧销本体(7)，其特征在于，弹簧销本体(7)包括销杆(15)、弹簧(18)和套筒(13)，弹簧销本体(7)通过套筒(13)安装于小车本体的中部通孔上，销杆(15)长度可根据轨道的宽度进行调整的销杆(15)与轨道上的定位孔连接，销杆(15)靠近拉手(11)一侧设有与套筒(13)上的凹槽相配合的定位销(19)。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单轨小车的锁紧装置，其特征在于，弹簧销本体(7)对称安装在小车本体两侧，或安装于小车本体一侧。
