无菌接种操作台，是用于食用菌接种的工作台。
食用菌生产中，无菌接种是关键。实现无菌接种，以往是采用接种箱或超净工作台进行的。接种箱需要灭菌处理，耗费药品，工作效率低，超净工作台价格昂贵，不能满足低成本，大量无菌接种的需要。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种造价低廉、结构简单的无菌接种操作台。
无菌接种操作台，采用耐火、隔热材料，如铁板或耐火水泥，制成一个呈 
型或 
型的台板，或是制成几块平板，拼合成 型或 型使用。可以在竖直板上适当位置制出某形状（如三角形或弧形）的缺口或孔若干个，用来架放试管或菌种瓶。
当进行无菌接种时，将本操作台放置在由炉火或酒精灯焰或无菌蒸汽等造成的无菌上升气流之上，由于上升气（汽）流的附壁效应，使操作台侧壁及上部空间形成一个无菌区，在该无菌区进行接种操作，方便灵活，无需其它灭菌药物，就可以收到快速、良好的效果。
本装置结构简单，造价低廉，无需高昂费用就可以进行各类食用菌的母种、原种以及栽培种转接。适合于大量无菌接种及个体从业者采用。

1、用于食用菌生产的无菌接种操作台，其特征在于是由耐火、隔热材料制成的 型台板。
