如图1、图2、图3所示,本实用新型一种太阳能板夹紧装置,包括包括金属板1,所述金属板1成折线状,金属板1弯折处成直角,所述金属板1上设有通孔2;还包括底座3,底座3与金属板1相垂直,且成丁字形。
如图1、图2、图3所示,使用时,太阳能板6通过支撑架5支撑,支撑架5由支撑柱7支撑。为了使太阳能板6能更好的固定在支撑架5上,通过该夹紧机构将太阳能板6固定在支撑架5上。为更好的固定,太阳能板6外可套上支撑板,金属板1可安于支撑架5上方,金属板1一端贴合套在太阳能板6外周的支撑板,另一端的底座3贴合支撑架5安装。接着,将螺钉4装入金属板1上的通孔2,同时和卡条8螺纹连接。卡条8卡于支撑架5中,使得金属板1牢靠的安于支撑架5上。
支撑架可5加长设计,方便放置多块太阳能板6。同时,在支撑架5上可装有多个夹紧装置,使太阳能板6更好的固定于支撑架5上。
