一种多刀片切菜装置，属日常生活用品技术领域。其包括切刀、切刀把柄和切菜板，其特征在于：所述切刀由安装在切刀把柄（1）上的切刀板（10）和安装在切刀板上的一组切刀片（11）构成，切菜板（2）上设有与切刀板上一组切刀片（10）相对应的条形孔（21）；切刀把柄一端设有轴孔的连接块与切菜板一端设有轴孔的连接块之间，通过转轴（3）铰接。由于切刀装置采用一组切刀片与切刀板上设置的条形孔配合，故可以一次切出多片菜，不仅省工省时，提高了工作效率，而且厚薄均匀。根据需要，还可二次加工切出菜丝。特别适用于切菜量较大的餐饮业。

菜刀是切菜工具。现有的菜刀均是一刀一刀的切菜，其不仅费工费时，效率低，而且不易切得厚薄均匀。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够省工省时，提高效率，厚薄均匀的多刀片切菜装置。
其技术方案是：一种多刀片切菜装置，包括切刀、切刀把柄和切菜板，其特征在于：所述切刀由安装在切刀把柄上的切刀板和安装在切刀板上的一组切刀片构成，切菜板上设有与切刀板上一组切刀片相对应的条形孔；切刀把柄一端设有轴孔的连接块与切菜板一端设有轴孔的连接块之间，通过转轴铰接。
其有益效果是：由于切刀装置采用一组切刀片与切刀板上设置的条形孔配合，故可以一次切出多片菜，不仅省工省时，提高了工作效率，而且厚薄均匀。根据需要，还可二次加工切出菜丝。特别适用于切菜量较大的餐饮业。

如图1所示：一种多刀片切菜装置，包括切刀、切刀把柄和切菜板。所述切刀由安装在切刀把柄1上的切刀板10和安装在切刀板上的一组切刀片11构成，切菜板2上设有与切刀板10上一组切刀片相对应的条形孔21；切刀把柄一端设有轴孔的连接块与切菜板一端设有轴孔的连接块之间，通过转轴3铰接。
上述切刀板10上的一组切刀片11为5-7片，切刀片之间的间距相等。
为便于把握，切菜板2上设有把柄22。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多刀片切菜装置，其特征在于：所述切刀板（10）上的一组切刀片（11）为5-7片，切刀片之间的间距相等。
